We took our BMW here after a collision on the freeway. We felt so cared for. Everyone in the office was just the best. Definitely the most honest repair center I’ve seen. The constant contact to inform us how everything was progressing was phenomenal. And I just recently brought it back with an issue with the coolant system and even though they don’t deal with those types of problems, I was still given the correct diagnostic information and will forever be grateful. Definitely recommended.

I want to start off my expressing my sincerest gratitude to Michael Castillo. This man’s honesty and attention to detail could have very well saved my life! I took my Hellcat in after a minor collision. Just needed the front bumper replaced. Well, if it weren’t for this man’s honesty, I would have never known the more severe issues with my car. Michael called me immediately after putting my car up on the racks and he let me know that there were frame issues, and that my car, purchased from a dealership, was in a previous accident and should have been a total loss, as the frame was welded and stretched to fit. My car had so many issues that Gerber had to deny any repairs because of safety concerns. Michael has been extremely helpful and supportive during this process and I couldn’t be more grateful to him. Thanks to him, I’m aware of the situation with my car and its previous condition. He took the time to explain in detail the problems and issues, and he put my safety first! Thank you Michael for your support! You have a customer for life!

Michael the manager and assistant and staff accommodated me last minutes before they close down…they so kind enough to give me an free assessment of my truck after a horrible accident…even though i live far they prevented me from driving it home or I could die.
They offered to leave my car overnight for safekeeping even though I didn’t have it repaired in their shop!

Facility has some friendly staff, and will work as fast as they can to repair your vehicle. Had mine taken in when it was stolen and recovered. Have had no issues yet.
