Germani's was highly recommended to repair my wife's diamond ring. I had out-of-town errands to run and was delighted to see their store was open until 5PM. My first visit I had the opportunity to watch them serve another customer... 3 bracelets for pick-up, and then my turn. I showed them the ring. On first inspection, I was told that two prongs would need to be replaced but they could definitely do the repair job for me. Thank you, Germani's and nice to meet you too!

This review is for the staff working on Friday, May 10 only. If I could give negative stars, they would receive negative 100! Individuals that do not want to work with the public should not have a job in customer service. When a person walks into your establishment seeking information on having an item made in memory of a deceased loved one you would think that people could at the very least fake a little kindness and sympathy. These ladies not only made my sister feel worse than she already did but also treated her like she was annoying them by simply walking into the store. The complete and intentional rudeness was absolutely uncalled for. As a manager I would have fired them on the spot without a second thought. I hope that someone from the store sees this and re-evaluates the people they hire and does serious customer service training since they obviously do not know what this is.

My experience was great here! It is nice to have a local store care and have super customer service. I went to the box store for my wedding band but fell in love with the one they had here! They made me feel one of a kind and treated me like more than a number! They repaired and cleaned my engagement ring and I felt comfortable and safe leaving it with staff! Thank you for providing an extra special service in a small town! Shopping local for the win again!

And most recently a bracelet to build on for every nutcracker she participates in for years to come from her brother and i. Joe has tracked down and designed and been able to meet every want and desire in the jewelry to include a durable but tasteful looking necklace for a simple
Just with combining 2 charms into 1. And the beat part is every conversation with them is like with a favorite aunt and uncle and you know they are looking out for you. I have recommended them to servicemembers with no reason to come here other than to buy an engagement ring there. Im not from new castle or the surrounding area but it is the definition of a mom and pop shop that takes care of their community and are loved by it! I could go on and on but if Joes still reading this he’s smiling and mumbling something unfavorable towards me for embarrassing him.
