This is supposed to be a SOB south to the border and I was promised all the fixings and toppings that I paid $14 for my baked potato because they charge me extra for fajita vegetables for them to forget my guacamole and sour cream when I approach him to let them know that this is not what my coworkers usually order she tried to become argumentative and the Son was trying to explain to her that he forgot to put it on my plate to begin with and again still no guacamole instead of it being south to the border, it’s more like a south to hell because my baked potato was greasy not to mention the person that served me my food had to attitude from hell Customer service sucked. Everybody was angry and had attitude and this was my first time experience. I recommend this to no one, and I would never return back.

Just tried for the first time and this will be my last time! Found this big piece of fat in my DUI fries! So gross being it was one of the bigger pieces in my fries! So disappointed I was really hoping to try other things there!

Very disappointed, surf n turf. Greasy, cheese brown from the greasy meat, small potato. I have been coming to this truck for the past year and the last couple of time has been a disappointment. The father need to start back cooking or over seeing the food truck.

Horrible experience, why make working for yourself a job , the customer service on a non busy day @ 11am was below subpar, idk how yall keep supporting these businesses in fresno, when they provide basic food, and below average customer service. Without customers you can't be in business. If your welcoming and nice owners of 559 baked then these reviews wouldn't exist, customer service how do we forget about that in 2024! U can't pick the customers you wanna smile and be nice too get off the truck and ask how the food is... don't pick and choose!! Be consistent with customer service!!!
From the looks of things they have a 3.8 star which says alot about the business. I will never go back or recommend a human to this awful potato 🥔 on wheel truck!

Got the DUI fries.. there was nothing on it! Just fries and meat! Luckily I took it home where I made them right with cheese and other toppings. If I was eating there I would have been very disappointed. How are u gonna LIST toppings that come on it and put nothing on it?! Husband got the surf and turf And he Enjoyed it.
