They won't dump or pick up there properly .

.update after a month they came and got there properly and left all this trash behind claimed another truck was going to come get it .

Like all the reviews mention, they do not respond to you. I called, and email the "Territory Representative" Craig Kerely for the better part of a month, and was able to get him on the line once, and he claimed to have not received my calls or voicemails. I had to drive to their office on HWY 161 to get my account cancelled Craig shouldn't be a sales rep at all, does not give an importance to clients. Go with Republic or Waste Management, or any other provider over GFL

THEY WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! You have to call all the time to get them to pick up your bin. The driver will say that he picked it up when you have pictures stating different. The office is so rude and will say they picked it up and hang up on you. The lady and salesman should not be in this profession. I am switching!!!! I would not go with them.

I tried calling corporate and you will get transferred and on internal hold. The customer service line rang over 3 minutes and no one picked it up. What a waste of a company.

I'm just a citizen in Cabot, Arkansas and this company has won the contract for weekly waste management. 3 weeks in a row they've either completely neglected picking up recycling or spilled cardboard from the provided recycling bin and instead of picking up after their mess they have run over the boxes and left them strowed throughout the neighborhood. This is the absolute worst waste removal company I have ever dealt with. It's an absolute shame the employees refuse to do their job properly when the company website preaches healthy environment safe approaches to waste management.

Our dumpsters are supposed to be emptied twice a week and some times they show up and some times they do not, but we are told that they did empty them so we are billed for a dump that never happened. Calling their number is a joke. NOBODY answers the phone and then the computer tells you to leave a message, which you do and never receive a return call, the the computer hangs up on you. We have called a total of 9 (nine) times and have yet to hear back from anyone. Starting to wonder if this company is still open or not.

Awful company, all the way from the Arkansas location to the corporate level. Good luck getting ahold of someone if you have an issue. I am cancelling my service and would not recommend them to anyone!

Worst service I’ve ever seen did not do the job right also no one will call you back or answer the phone when you call!!! not very professional!!!! I guess you can say their service is trashy at best!!!!!!
