I can't say enough about Omar and the Gracie Humaita Hemet team! Omar is an incredible professor who has not only helped my son, Bradley, and me learn vital self-defense skills but also taught us valuable life lessons along the way. Thanks to his guidance, Bradley even won gold at the last in-house competition! If you're looking for a place where you’re treated like family, this is it. Omar and his amazing family truly make you feel like you’ve known them for years. The rest of the instructors are fantastic too, and my son is more motivated than ever to continue advancing his skills. Highly recommend this place!

Professor Omar and Karol, are some of the best professors out there. They are great competitors and champions, but above all great people! they have opened their school and home to us and we appreciate them. Professor Omar's way of teaching from basic to advanced and even the competition is mind blowing. if im ever in California again. this will be the only place i train! I love this place so much. Everyone is so kind, respectful, non judgemental and willing to help. Omar and Karol treat everyone like family. The attitude of both teachers and students is impressive and makes you want to come in almost everyday. After reading some of the negative reviews I needed to write of my experience with Omar and Karol. We haven’t been with this Gym in well over a year and only left due to time restrictions unable to get our son to class. They were also incredibly gracious to pause our membership when we hit a rough patch as a family and we’re quick to welcome Rhett back when we could start again. Their kids classes are incredibly structured and they demand respect which is refreshing to see in this day and age. They are expect hard work and know how to correct the kids, building them up without making them feel defeated. Every time we see Omar and his wife outside of the gym they always say hello and are so kind. If I had the opportunity to return, I would do it in a second. You will absolutely not be disappointed when you join and rest assured you will be trained by the best of the best!

I really enjoy training at Gracie Humaita Hemet. Everyone is always very friendly and supportive, just really a great bunch of people. The Professor Omar Salum is very knowledgeable and him and his wife who is also a black belt make you feel like you’re part of a BJJ family. A great place for anyone at any age.
