We flew across the country to have our reception here last month. The Grand Opera House Banquet Center is incredibly beautiful. It was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. Greg offers an amazing package with food, champagne toast, open or cash bar if you want it, as well as many other options to customize your event. He was also incredibly accommodating, communicative, and sincere. He served our guests drinks all evening and even gave us free tickets to the renaissance fair when he saw how much we were into fantasy and the medieval era. Overall, we had an enchanting evening full of merriment. Beautiful venue and an owner who truly goes above and beyond!

We just had our wedding reception at the Grand Opera House this past weekend! The entire planning process was easy as Greg helped every step of the way with timelines, food, and even helping with finding some of my vendors! Our night was perfect and he not only made sure to take care of us but made sure our guests were just as happy! Everyone i have talked to after our wedding has said how amazing he was throughout the entire evening! Thank you!!

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it was great! Greg is super easy to work with and very responsive, he accommodated our tight schedule with ease, was very helpful and had some great suggestions. The food was delicious, we had a wonderful night and would highly recommend!!

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Grand Opera House. The venue was beautiful and perfect for the amount of guests we had. Greg was extremely helpful during the planning process and accommodating to our plans. The catered food was excellent as well. Can't recommend it enough.

We just want to thank Greg and his crew for making my husbands 50th better than we could have imagined!! Still not sure how he pulled this off for us. We ended up having to make a last second change of venue due to the extreme heat. He provided a beautiful space for us, coordinated food and drinks, communicated with our DJ, and even helped us put up our personal decorations we brought. Honestly, it was the little details. He just had a solution for every thing I wasn’t sure how to do. Communication was clear and everything was so simple.
I might add that Greg worked all of this out while we went and celebrated our anniversary out of the country. Simply Amazing!! I wanted something nice to show my husband just how much I appreciate him. You made it better than nice. You made it special!! We will always be grateful. Thank you!!!

Came to this glorious hall right in the heart of the historic St. Charles district for a wedding and reception. It was glorious! The owner operator is a really great guy! He helped the wedding party by letting us in early to set up and was really supportive. Had a great night! And his drinks were definitely on point!

I contacted Greg after failed attempts at another venue. I am SO glad I did. I booked this venue site unseen from out of state for a baby shower. Not only did he go through everything in detail beforehand but he was even more on point in person. He thought of things I didn't and jumped in when needed or just voluntarily. I highly recommend booking the Grand Opera House for your next event.
