My family and I bought appliances from this shop and never had any problems. They have many refurbished washers and dryers, variety of brands and different prices. I had a problem with their washer once (didn't drain the water) and they swap my washer for another one that works great. I have witnessed once a person who yelled at them that his dryer doesn't work while it ended up that he didn't know how to properly use it. Some people are really surprising, especially who treaten the workers with immigration and police. I asked them about it once and they said it is common for customers to say this when there is any problem 😲 The business is there for like 11 years and they still have people buying stuff. I felt obligated to leave a positive feedback after I saw some comments. I guess people with bad experience are more eager to leave a comment.

Great service! I called them in the morning for a washer but they had great prices on sets so I ended up buying a set. The best part was that they delivered them the same day. My wife was able to do laundry right away. I really like my Maytag washer and dryer.

Total rip-off! Beware! Purchased a washer/dryer set and washer broke after 2 weeks. They won't honor the 90-day warranty that's clearly stated on receipt. Won't return texts or phone calls. Don't do business with these losers.

FRAUDS! Beware of this business. Do not buy from them! Was sold units that was not advertised to me (1st picture). They look similar and same brand (Maytag), but controls and doors are completely different (2nd picture). This is misleading and false advertisement. On top of that the units are refurbished - which is not a bad thing, however the only refurbishments made to these units was a fresh coat of white spray paint, that already showed wear upon delivery (3rd and 4th picture). The washer is already leaking after the first wash and the gas dryer does not get hot enough to dry clothes. I ran the same load more than a handful of times in both automatic and timed settings and the clothes are still damp. Poor energy use overall. Zero stars if possible. Customer service is trash. They have been reported to the BBB and police.

I can't tell you how awful this place is. There are no words. Bought a high end set Dec 24 my dryer broke last week. Set time for replacement never showed up. Won't answer calls or texts. Told me to go my breskerbox really. Will turn these guys into police for shaming senior citizens. Will report to any and all agencies I can. Hey any of you out there want to seek a class action law suit contact me on FB. I'm contacting the news channels that go investigate these type Bussiness. Stay far away from here don't be fooled.

Similar experience as others. Washer began leaking water almost immediately. No response to texts or calls for warranty. Unsure if brand they listed is correct.

I have been going to these guys for years, the washer and dryers. I know there not going to last forever. The old timer equipment is bullet proof. Crew is great and they help you load. Thanks guys your the best. Mark

These People are still SCAMMING. They give you a quote of a $ 140. and when you get down there they hike it up to $240. Then they tell you that the truck just left with last washer for $140. They manage immediately to remove all there postings from market place on facebook, to cover up there SCAM!!! I AM DONE WITH THIS!!! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.
