I love coming to this movie theater never had a bad experience since I've been coming. I love the food always fresh. I can't wait to go see dead pool today and enjoy it like always. I will continue to support and I drive 45 minutes to get here every time. Great customer service everytime I go. Great experience.

Used to love coming here after our theater I'm Cleveland was tragically closed down, but now it appears no one is picking up trash between showings, one out of 5 toilets might work, parking lot is pitch black at night which is not great if you are in Greenville MS. It was seedy and gross. I truly hope they can turn things around or we will have to travel even farther to see a movie... Which sucks.

Went to see the joker movie teenagers were being loud and laughing and on top of that taking pictures of us with a bright flash on I got so pissed off I got up and snapped I THINK THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME EVER GOIN AGAIN DURING THE WEEKENDS...OF YOU GO PLEASE I REPEAT...LLEASE GO THRU SUNDAY-WENESDAY ? This place is terrible came with my daughters to see a movie after paying and being seated in theater 2 for 10 minutes we call to see when the movie will begin and we were told to come out to the lobby that “quita” had to leave she will be back in a minute to start the movie after waiting on “quita” we were told “quita” will not be back and we could not watch the movie !! And if you are wondering “quita” is supposed to be the manager !! NEVERNEVER COME TO THIS PLACE I MEAN NEVER !!!

I came to see Bad Boys 4 and when I went up to the counter the young guy at the register didnt greet me. I thought he was login on to his computer/register so I said okay I will give him a minute, so as people was coming in he then look up and said are you getting something and I said yeah I like to see a movie but you didn't acknowledge me and he said "o I thought you were waiting on someone" His customer service was extremely POOR! Please teach your employees customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole place is filthy nasty you can smell the scent from the bathroom. Management need to be changed and staff you have young teenagers working and don't know how to keep a business clean. Hell pay me 1500 a week I'll come all the way from Memphis just to clean and keep the business running like it should for a small town like Greenville you need some entertainment. I've never been to a movie theater that nasty in my life. Highly disappointed.
