Clean club, Audio quality is on point, some of the best sound I have ever heard. Great bass! Entry can be a little disorganized sometimes but the staff is relatively friendly. Way too expensive for a night club though, would be far more popular if they cut the prices in half

Hey the older bartender with long hair on 02/28 past mid night like yah I got a bunch of water cups but I was getting them for 8 people and he cut me off like for after we are all drinking along tipping ect I just wanted water for people it cheap plastic cups

The addressable LEDs here are /top notch/.

Whoever installed and is running them knows what they're doing (as a guy who's done this stuff himself - I can tell).

Techno played here is great; unfortunately the place is a little over packed sometimes. The crowd is heavier on the "drinking" rather than "vibing" type, and last time I was here, I got bumped around a lot by horny dudes looking to impress their ladies - eyeroll. Used to this, but it does still make it less fun.

This could be due to the school/college incoming students just not being used to proper club protocol - I'll visit Halcyon again soon to find out and update with another review!

I should have listened to Google Reviews. They collect their money($30) as part of the cover fee because they also know that it sucks after one enters in. So they make the most of cover fee because it’s only downhill from there. $30 is too much and the least crowded club I have seen so far. This is a review for a Friday night at 11pm. The business model is banking on FOMO as if there’s something happening inside with high cover fee but inside all you see is a deserted space and a bar with extravagant pricing of drinks.

Great little venue, Mikey the owner was very nice and was working coat check! Makes for a trustworthy place to leave your jackets and have a good time.
Good music, friendly bartenders. Looie pours a nice size shot 😉

I have been coming here for at least the past 6 years. I have seen Joseph capriati, dubfire, Chris leibing, and Nicole m here. Dubfire played until 4:30am last time. Incredible. They even brought Ben klock from Berghain.

The sounds system puts public works and midway to shame. The midway sound system is so bad now.

The security has always been cool and even chatted with one after the show. Not sure what people are doing who are writing those reviews.

I just wish they got more headline house/techno djs to play. The sound system is amazing.

It’s a small club but that makes the experience more intimate I feel like.

They do charge for waters and no tap water which they should consider changing.

Worst club in SF! Absolutely avoid at all costs.
Staff is rude! The crowd is unruly and cheap. Women get hit on and groped incessantly. Doesn’t feel like a safe space at all.
Bartenders are RUDE and won’t even give you water after 2am, unless you want to buy overpriced bottled water.
Vibe, lighting and sound is C-
Gave this place a lot of chances, but never ever coming back, no matter who the artist is.
Don’t waste your money and your mental peace.
