Today we had to put our Daisy down, but the doctor's decided to do a life saving surgery on her. The surgery was done Complimentary from Hesperia Animal Hospital. Words can't not express the gratitude we have for these men 🙏. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I got 3 dogs fixed there (2girls & 1boy) they did a fantastic job. Paige in front can read a room and make any guest that is feeling uncomfortable feel informed and heard. She is a great face to see in the front, makes me feel more confident in my transactions. Brittney(sorry if I misspelled) has helped me over the phone many times with random questions and I appreciate the team. Thank you to everyone and may the doctor heal his ankle quickly.

They Tried to scam my 73 year old grandma that was just trying to bring her Dog in for his hurt foot. Went to a whole other vet down the hill because they tried to make her pay to get her Dog sedated to take a X-ray this dog is very calm so it not like they need him to be still. The Vet down the hill said he didn’t need to be sedated they were probably just trying to make the visit worth it. Don’t go here only reason there ranked the best is because they have no competition.

I brought my senior Golden Doodle in for care because she kept crying randomly when she would lift her head up. I paid the office visit fee and the Vet proceeded to lift up her lips and say “oh her teeth are very bad” and the wrote me up for a $1,300 bill for everything. Yes, the price is good but given the fact that my dog is a senior I am not comfortable putting her under anesthesia. Her pain is not constant it comes and goes. She’s eating and drinking completely fine. With that being said the Vet completely refused to prescribe her any pain medicine. Not even doggy aspirin . We told them we don’t want her in pain while we were waiting to save up until we can come up with the money to at least get her x-rays and he still refused. Keep your animals away from here and don’t expect any answers unless you’re ready to pay a pretty penny.

I would have given a 0 stars. This place is horrible and I wish I had know sooner. I took my dog in to get checked because he had gotten hurt. I never once saw dr B check my dog in front of me. All he did was make him walk and stare. But quick to charge $1100 for the BS service. X-rays, pain shots, blood work. Plus another $180 in medicine. He didn’t take time to fully give my dog a proper consultation, and was careless of his condition. Since then my dog is slowly recovering mind you 6 days later he then calls me to give me blood results after I had to bug and chase them for the info. Then he said if my dog wasn’t better. He “thinks” it’s somethig else. Which that could have been told to me the day I took him in if he had done a proper consultation on my dog. They did nothing yet charged and arm & leg. Services were horrible. I feel they took advantage of my situation and Sadly Dr. Ahmed was not there , I am sure this would have been different if he was. AVOID THIS PLACE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE.

We have been with Dr. Ahmed for 22 years now...he and his staff are the most kindest, caring, compassionate people I've met in a long time. Not only do they do everything in their power to save our beloved babies, they take care of us, the pets humans, mentally and emotionally. We have learned over the years if your pet can wait to see Dr. Ahmed...it is worth the wait...thank you all for all you do.
