Warning: Avoid This Place

I cannot stress enough how unworthy this location is. The apartments are subpar and won’t improve anytime soon. While management has made some slight progress, they are still notoriously difficult to reach. Security is practically nonexistent. The owner does the bare minimum to stay out of trouble with housing authorities.

Currently, there's a serious pest problem, and the owner only has one maintenance person stretched thin across multiple properties. Getting anything fixed or replaced is a huge hassle. Additionally, parcel delivery is a nightmare since the owner refuses to provide USPS with a key to the inadequate package holding area.

It seems likely that the owner will face legal issues soon due to these ongoing problems. My wife and I moved here out of necessity after relocating from out of state, and it was the worst decision we could have made. Just consider this a friendly warning.

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion and is not intended to sway anyone's rental choices. I take full responsibility for my words.

Complete ghetto slum, don't let the new paint job fool you. When I first moved in the problems became apparent very quickly. Neighbors don't have any sense of noise control, the apartments management does as little as it can to the apartments between residents, so I received an apartment with burn hole in the carpet and stains on the walls and floors. It also seems that the management doesn't care to take care of roach/rodent problems. IF YOU LIVE HERE YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES AND RATS IN YOUR HOME. In the first month of living here I found a used crack pipe and two bags of what looked like crystal meth in the parking lot on three separate occasions. Most of the residents are gang members (crips) and are quick to make it known. During my time at the apartments a rat had made itself home inside my apartment and spent the nights gnawing at the carpet under the doors to our bedrooms. I reported the rat problem had a person come take pictures and tell us that we wouldn't be charged for the carpet when I moved out I painted the whole apartment and cleaned it till it was SPOTLESS (other than the ruined carpet I was told I would not be paying for). When we did the apartment check I was told that infact I would be paying for it and that they do not believe that a rat had made the holes. I literally returned the apartment in MUCH better condition than I received it and I still will not be getting my security deposit back. At this point I asked the office manager if I could talk to Human resources or her boss and I was told "no it's just me". This place is a joke and they are just trying to squeeze us for as much money as they can. Do not rent from this property.

The manager and owner are slum lords do not move in these apartments. If you do take pictures before you move in, because whatever damage was done before you moved in they will charge you when you move out. When I moved in the kitchen tile was messed up, and I got charged for it when I moved out. Luckily I took pictures before I move in, but I would like to warn others. They find any reason not to give your whole deposit back, and they give you a check that cannot be cashed.

Walked into complex immediately regretted it. Tiny kitchen was disgusting I asked if it was going to be made ready before move I was told it was just "DONE". Looked down gross balcony saw other balconies were people were living looked just was bad. Looks half decent from street but that is a purposeful paint job to make it look OK from the outside view.
