I was suppose to have Homestead Electronics internet set up at my house at the LOTO and the service person never showed up. I had an appointment at 11:00 Wednesday, at 1:00 I called him and he said he ran into a problem and would be here later in the day, about 2:30 his office called and said he'd be here tomorrow afternoon. He didn't show up for that appointment I texted him three times and no respond. My husband and I wasted two days waiting for him

This company is just awful. They seem nice at first but after awhile all's they do is steal your money. They never respond when you tell them your internet isn't working. I've had a lot of patience but after 6 months of asking them to fix it and them never responding or fixing the problem I will be looking else where. I've been paying $65 a month for literally nothing. It's ridiculous.

what is the mater with these people. they brake down all the time, it's never their fault, and you still have to pay full price for 2 to 3 weeks of service. Now they have this stupid Laura recording so they don't have to talk to you and you can't even leave a message. We hate Laura and several of us are looking for other internets. What started out to be a good price isn't very good when you only get 2 to 3 weeks service.

I sent them $99.99 with the idea that they were going provide internet service in my area and they never did and they just kept my money with no explanation, never received even and email with any kind of reason they would not refund my money.

What a scam. I'd elaborate but theyve wasted enough of my time and after 4.5 years with them, paying $65 and having AWFUL service, I finally have a new provider in my area in the country and have made the best switch ever. Good riddance homestead robbery ✌

I have had internet through Homestead Electronics for probably 5 years now..it is great service and a price I can afford. If I have ever lost service..it doesn't take long to get it back.

I went to this location today & it is no longer Homestead Electronics, it's Remax reality. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for 4 days every sales call goes to a man named John Henry who does not respond. 👎 Horrible customer service.

Was paying $75 for what I guess they call 8 meg but never got more then 2.50 sometimes 3 called them to fix it took my number but never called me back this happened twice then they wanna call at the end of the month wanting my card so I can pay for next months internet ya go get f***ed horrible all around find another provider save your money!!!
