I went in there for the first time and was met by Jasmin, she was very pleasant along with Michaela. They toasted the sesame and plain cream cheese bagel to perfection,
Nice atmosphere, in a good location, ample parking in the shared Nob Hill parking lot.
Definitely a redo!

This is a locally owned bagel shop. It’s been in Gilroy for more than 10+ years.

I moved out of Gilroy years ago, but every time I’m here for my dental visit, I stop by.
I have to. This shop is serving the same bagels, same taste, same quality.

For people complaining about the teenagers, yes, they’re teenagers. It is common in any places to see them on their phone and talking amongst themselves.

Yet, I’ve had great experiences with many of them. They have been kind, friendly and helpful towards me and my baby.

The owner is always smiling and grateful for his customers. He’s doing his best.

Now, I love my pesto bagel. The bagels are fluffy and delicious.

I’ve tried The Works, the sausage, egg & cheese, the turkey, tuna salad, and turkey club with bacon.

My baby loves their sausage. The adolescents working will cut it up for her into pieces, which she loves.

They serve coffee, apple juice, orange juice, energy drinks, and much more.

They have many tables and chairs so you can eat inside or take it to go.
Plus, there’s a bathroom.

Lastly, they accept Apple Pay.

I will gladly support a local business & buy my coffee here than the big corp. next door 🙂

Family owned with amazing beagle sandwiches with many variety of options. The people are friendly been coming here for many years. I just now realized I'd never put up a review lol. Support this place family owned business are important especially when the food is good. Check it out if you enjoy beagle sandwiches!

100% recommend this place.
My favor it is the works with jalapeño bread, sad that they runs out of jalapeño bread fast (make more please).

I order food from this store every now and then. Normally the service at this store is great. 5 stars. However today was a 1 star. I would give negative is i have the option. I ordered through phone and showed up to pay for my bagel cream cheese. It was a bit after 10 am and the store was calm. No one in line, two or three orders being made, and three customers eating in the store. I walked up to the resister and waited. No one greeted me even after a minute or two went by. They all looked busy so i continued to wait. At this time another customer walked in to the other register and was helped immediately. When it was my turn I asked if I was at the wring register. The cashier nonchalantly said sorry. Nothing else was said about what just happened. I paid for my food and left. I really hope this was a one off thing because normal service is excellent.
