Good small town fair. Rides are clean and good conditions and food and drink priced right considering it's a fair. Armbans are $15 during the weekday and $20 Friday and Saturday. Overall good clean fun.

It was fun but we missed the 360 ride this year I would like to have it here next year

Completely overrated this year (2024). Not to mention expensive for the junk prizes you get IF you win. The best part is the animals and they didn't even have them available to view.

Weather was great, one of the rides was down, so the kids couldn't ride it, not overall it was your typical Independence County Fair

Great county fair. The only downfall is that it is during the hot summer and there are not enough air conditioned buildings to go into to cool off.

There were very little rides and with the armband prices 20$ plus entry to the fair another 5-7$ my family of four spent 100$ just to get in and get armbands and thatd not including the cost of food. For the money we paid it would have been nice if there were more than a handful of rides. When I was a child they were packed with rides but every year the price goes up and the quality goes down.

The fair this year was a huge disappointment. For 1 its held at a time where its too hot to enjoy anything outside. There were hardly any animals & the selection of rides were horrible. It was not even worth paying the $5 or whatever to get in. Even if you could ride all the rides you wanted for that $5. There was nothing worth riding. The operators were rude even if they could speak English. I quickly remembered why I dont attend the county fair, instead I attend the state fair.
