Customer service is on point!!! Drove from the far side of Mississippi to pick up this unit. From the moment we walked in the door, we was welcomed with greetings and open arms. It was definitely worth the trip to do business!! Thanks to Kyler and Chris and the whole staff who helped with pushing the sale through and teaching us a little knowledge about the unit!! I bought a Trail 125 from Independence County Off-Road a few years ago and was happy with that experience from start to finish. There were no tricks or gimmicks leading up to the purchase; just honest and friendly conversations. What has impressed me since then is the quick and reasonably priced service I've had done over the past two years. The pick up and drop off service that they offer is quick and easy and they show up when they say they will. When I was in a pinch with a nail through my tire a little ways down the road they were over to help in no time flat and went above and beyond when they then dropped me off where I was headed after it was said and done. These guys treat you like they want your business and are trying to earn it for the next time every time you see them.

Wouldn’t go nowhere else! I drove from Sheridan Arkansas to batesville after calling every canam dealer in the state. They were the only dealer that was willing to work with me on matching an out of state price and saved me a trip to Oklahoma! Even was able to get my SXS tinted right next door immediately
