Intuitive A/V (Eric) did such a great service. He was brought into our brand-new home taking over for another company which couldn't complete the low voltage job (smart home, light scenes, internet). He is super knowledgeable, explained to us very clearly what options we have. So, refreshing to work with someone who speaks the language, is punctual, sticks to promises, is professional and courteous. We called Eric and his team back to add some features. All in all, a great experience and I highly recommend Intuitive A/V.

Our experience with Eric Knez has been top-notch. He is reliable, responsive, reactive....the 3 r's you don't learn in school!!! If we need to call with an issue, he is there to help in every way possible. If the issue becomes a problem, he figures out the best path to rectify the situation.....all the while keeping us in the loop, promptly and efficiently.
