I contacted Jacot plumbing through a referral because another plumbing company sent a contractor to my house to clear a blockage. The other contractor told me that it wouldn’t clear and to get someone who could put a camera in my line to see what’s going on. Well I contacted Jacot plumbing. They scheduled me for the next day. The specialist, Justin evaluated the situation and then cleared the line. Great job Justin. I appreciate the knowledge, experience and honesty. Thank you

Plumbing problem was addressed and was draining. I will use shower tomorrow to be certain. Professional and courteous Jacot representative. He took time to polish a drain cover that I asked him to either clean or replace. It looks great. No complaints. I did think I had the first apt of the day and ended up getting service at noon. Tomorrow he will go to my HBeach condo to service. I will pay for that visit. Patty White

Alex arrived at the arranged time, reviewed the situation with us and offered an estimate with options. We made a choice, and he effected the repairs, cleaned up after himself and invited us to check that everything was working as we wanted before collecting the payment - which was the estimated amount. We're very happy with Alex and Jacot!

I am the Pastor of a small ministry in Garden Grove and our water heater gave up the ghost. This happened on Friday and Monday I called Jacot Plumbing and spoke to Veronica. I told her what the issue was and I asked her if they have any kind of donation program or if they had a used but still working water heater that they could donate to our ministry? She told me that from time to time they do have used units that are still in working condition and she would check with her boss and see if anything was available. Well a few days later she messaged me back and let me know she found a new one that for one reason or another couldn’t be sold but was new and it was ours if we wanted it. I can’t say enough good things about Jacot Plumbing. Veronica is terrific and so is her boss James. They went over and above to help us when most companies would simply say no or hang up.
