Jones & Lewis Clearlake Memorial Chapel has been very caring and kind to myself and my Brother. I sadly lost my Sister and then my Mom. Through this very difficult time Jones & Lewis were so wonderful in helping me through it. I didn’t know how to handle the cremations or the insurance or anything. We used Jones and Lewis for my uncle who passed in October. The two gentlemen that came in the middle of the night were great, kind, and made me feel like he was in good hands. Ashlee was amazing to work with, she had answers to all of my questions and even got my dad and I through a rough spot on the paperwork with grace. We were able to split his ashes as desired and they came on time. I have received followups which were appreciated. Their services were perfect for our needs. Thank you all!
