I went to go see Deadpool and wolverine at Kenai Cinema on September 15th. There was a minor power surge that shut down the projection of the movie but not the audio for the first 15 minutes of the movie. The staff was unaware until I went to go correct the issue at which point the staff turned on the picture but did not rewind it to restart the movie so the audience could have the full effect. When I asked the staff to rewind the movie they declined stating that they were not able to do so. I understand it may not be that big of a deal to some people but unfortunately I work hard for my money and when I pay asking price to see a movie that was just released out of my hard-earned money I expect to see the whole movie. They also of course have a no refund policy.
EDIT: after speaking with management they requested I come in the next day to receive a full refund for my ticket and my $25 in concessions, unbeknownst to me management would not be on site and I would have to deal with two staff members who had no idea how to process a refund. So I sat on site for 25 minutes waiting for the two staff members to figure out how to process a refund which ultimately led to me leaving my phone number for management when they come to process my refund.

Great theater with lots of leg room. 10/10 would go again. I’m so thankful to those who run an establishment such as this. I can’t wait to start every day and check what the cinema is playing.

The sound and seating are great. The parking is always a bit tight, especially on an opening night. But just get in early, and you'll be ok.

Guys you have to get your Ice'y machine fixed. The only reason people choose your theater over the nice comfortable seats at the orca is because of your Ice'y machine, and half the time it doesn't work or you don't have Coke Ice'y.

This place is okay. Nice selection of movies but the night we went none of the drinks were working and the bottled water was almost $6 per bottle. The movie didn’t start on time but we did like the movie. ? ? They do offer a reward program. Seems to be no refunds if movies are late working, etc.

Went to see the newest joker movie the prices were reasonable however the older theaters with the old uncomfortable chairs leave alot to be desired and the smell kinda unappealing

Great audio and picture for the movies, does surpass the orca for presentation. You can't choose your seat ahead of time like the Orca or have those nice reclining chairs, but it is comfortable, and the quality of the screens is better. Also, the temperature is much better in the theater than its competitor. If your lucky, you might just catch a moose hanging out in the lobby!
