Absolutely the Most Unprofessional and Unsafe Establishment

I had the most disappointing and unprofessional experience at this venue on my birthday. I prepaid for entrance and a bottle, only to be met with racial discrimination at the door. My friends and I were forced to wait an unreasonably long time, only to be denied entry without any explanation. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, security rudely escorted us off the line without any discussion.

To make matters worse, I had to wait hours for a refund while chaos unfolded around me. A massive brawl broke out inside the establishment, which security failed to control. Instead, they ended up macing several women—including themselves—while men were openly attacking women and even pulling out weapons. The situation escalated to the point where police had to intervene, making it one of the most dangerous and disorganized events I have ever witnessed.

This venue is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and not worth your time or money. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

This was one of the worst club experiences I’ve ever had. It started with an unprofessional slightly long wait to get in, even though five security guards were just standing around talking most of the time, and it was such an ego driven line / if you know one guy you know guy type situation.

Once inside, I ordered three "cocktails" for like $70 I paid cash to a light-skinned female bartender, who pretended to put the money in the system but clearly intended to keep my change without asking. As a bartender myself with over 5 years of experience, I know that’s outright theft. You give the change back and let the customer decide the tip which I wanted to leave. When I asked for my change, she got visibly annoyed, put up a rude facial expression, and created an uncomfortable scene where I doubled down because I wanted to stand my ground that you can't steal 10 dollars from me. I "understand" that "gratuity "is not included but don't STEAL from customers, unexpectable

Later, while at my table, a girl from a neighboring section approached me, and we started a friendly, neutral conversation. A guy from that table then aggressively pushed me back, claiming that I couldn’t talk to “his girl.” even though there were like 8 girls just snapchatting the table and sitting and head boppig. It was ridiculous—our tables were neighbors, and I was just having a normal conversation. Not long after, security came up and told me "to leave the girls alone" which was absurd. I’m from Europe, and maybe the vibe here is different, but I’ve never seen such toxic behavior in a club before.

To top it off, the music was so loud that it ruined the atmosphere instead of enhancing it. As someone who runs an event venue and has worked in nightlife, I expected much better. This place fails on every level. If you’re visiting Los Angeles, save yourself the headache and avoid this club. Locals might see this as just another night out, but for me, this was a one-star disaster.

Great! The security manager also found my wallet and was one of the nicest guys I have ever met. What a great establishment would go there anytime!

Go to keys at 11pm no line and the bouncer and the white guy at the door with white powder in his nose said “
it’s $100 each to get in. Plus even if we did have it it’s over packed which was extremely hard to believe because no one was there. “Extra Racist anyone?

where to start? went to keys last night and had an amazing time chatting with mr. bouncer and playing mortal kombat 2. However, I do feel like the rest of the club was dead ☠️ people were there but looked physically and mentally drained. bring back fun 🤩

Great time, lots of space in this venue. Typical LA nightlife spot, no dancefloor so get ready to spend on a table oto have a good time
