Never again. We went thru the drive thru and was met by the rudest young man over the speaker. Got to the actual window he just opens the window and stood there. Took our money and said nothing. Took about another ten minutes to get our card back. We sat there another 20 minutes and we just pulled around went in and got our money back. They all looked high. I tell everyone I know DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst experience since before Covid ordered at drive thru and was told that it would be 7 minutes so we ordered pull up to the window paid and was asked to pull up. So 25 minutes later they brought our order and lo and behold it was wrong so we get our money back instead of offering to re cook it. So when we pull around the building we look in the window and four employees are leaning on the counter in what looked like pajama pants and a pair of slides. So we drove two businesses down to Arby’s and enjoyed fresh food in about 3-5 minutes after we ordered. PS this Talladega race week and this restaurant is only 15 minutes from the track

My Lord this place needs a remodel inside and out. Sanitation score was one of the worst I've ever seen so I walked out. An 88 indicates an extraordinarily dirty location. Just look at the windows in the photo. Not unless the place is raised will I be back to this location.

We said last time, that we would never come to Krystal Hamburgs again because the service was so slow, but we decided to give it another try because maybe they were just having a bad day. Well we were wrong Our receipt is timed 5:21 we were asked to pull over and wait for the 24 Krystals we ordered, their was already one car waiting, so we did as we were asked. Finally at 5:30 I went inside to see how much longer it was going to take to get our food. I walked in expecting to see only 2 or three employees, thinking maybe that was why they were so slow, but actually they had a full crew, I was asked what it was we ordered, I responded 24 Krystals, the lady then told me that the car before us had ordered 24 Krystals as well ,and my order was being cooked , I looked around and no one was working they were laughing and carrying on, a guy from the bathroom, and I guess he was the one in charge of making the food because, he's the one that made my order. Finally at 5:52 I walked out with 24 Krystals that cost thirty three dollars and some change .Never again will we eat from this place. Even after waiting all that time the food was thrown together and not worth serving, not to mention ingesting.

20 min wait time to order then 20 mins to get food. not during a rush or right before close. lobby is closed 6:00pm and 2 cars in the drive thru.

update : we went again on another night june 2024 and they were closed before 8:30pm. this place is a dumpster fire. they are renovating it for no reason other to sell i would guess lmao.

I have never experienced a drive thru that allows you to sit in their drive thru to order for 25 min! Never even got close to being able to order!! Not once but twice. We went and thought it was just busy so we left the line. The next night went back and it was the same thing!!! Needless to say we won't make that mistake again ! Not even worth 1 ⭐ but I had to to post!

I ordered 2 double Krystals and we git the pick 5 deal...3 more cheese Krystals and a fry and drink. I had to go back up 3 times to get the order fixed. The employees were all mad to fix it and all just a fussing. We didn't oder it made special.

Final time eating at any Krystal. Last time all our food was fed to the birds. This time to the trash. Soggy buns, uncooked meat (that no longer looks like meat). Everything has been downgraded & this one was not even clean.
