There is a parking garage at the opera plaza, it is valet only, no self park. The seats were comfy, however the bathrooms were not that clean. The temperature and air in the theatre was either really hot or really cold. Not the best and not the worst theatre.

I arrived at the theater a few minutes late to meet my spouse and proceeded to purchase my ticket and snacks from Thor, the attendant. He kindly informed me that the movie was playing in the theater to the left. As I strolled towards the designated theater, I took a moment to admire the posters for each film displayed above the door on the small screens. However, Thor followed me and rather abruptly exclaimed, "The left That's the right!" Feeling patronized, I responded, "I'm aware of that, I'm simply admiring the posters. How dare you speak to me in such a manner?"

It wasn't until I had taken my seat and unloaded the concessions I had purchased that I realized Thor's behavior had ruined my evening. I decided to exit the theater and express my dissatisfaction to him, expecting a full refund for my ticket. Thor apologized and explained that he had been having a difficult day. I replied that it was unacceptable for him to take out his frustrations on a customer who had come to the theater seeking entertainment. I then left the theater and sat in my car outside, feeling disappointed and disrespected.

A full refund for my ticket and concessions would be a step in the right direction and a chat with THOR. Thanks

Such a charming theater! Super clean and their recent remodel looks fantastic. The seats are very comfortable. Not the gigantic recliners, but nice seats that can lean back a bit. There’s a really lovely bar area where you could enjoy a snack or beverage before the movie. They always have the best foreign and independent films that you can’t find anywhere else. “Drive My Car” was a wonderful film!!

The theater was decent, but man the popcorn was really disappointing. Neither the popcorn nor the butter tasted any good, I didn’t even finish my bag.

Because very few people show up here , Its cinema halls don’t have communal experience which is one of the reasons of watching a film in a theater ;

But the cinema halls are clean with the most comfortable leather seats in any theater. The prints are pristine ; the acoustics are superb.
Matinee prices are reasonable - they include the symphonic snoring of the elderly in the theater .

I doubt this cinema will be around for a long time.

I love this little theatre.They play amazing movies for great prices, with some non-new releases being only $5/person if you log in with the free account. It’s an unbeatable deal around here, and these kinds of theatres are becoming more rare these days. I saw a screening of Maestro here, and they gave out a pack of several big, beautiful prints from the movie to everyone for free on the way in. It was a full house, seats were comfy, it looked and sounded great for such a small place, and the popcorn was good. The theaters aren’t very big, so even the very front row seats were well worth it, which is all that was left that night. I hope this place sticks around <3

Horrible Elevators don't work. Impossible to find the right office. Run down. Dirty. Just a Mess.
