Today was my first time ever going to this smoke shop and I'll tell you it was worth the drive from Clearlake! They have such a big selection no matter what kind of smoke needs you have! And the guy that was there was extremely nice! Customer service was AMAZING! (I believe his name was Mike, but I may be wrong. I'm terrible with names and if I am wrong, I am so sorry! But I do believe it was the owner) He was very welcoming and helpful. He was happy to answer any questions I had and even offered me something to drink since it's been so hot outside! I've worked in customer service, so when I see someone go above and beyond for customers, I feel it always deserves to be acknowledged. They just got themselves a new loyal customer.

I love this little shop! It's right at the end of the street. The hours are really convenient for those of us that work nine to fives and the people that run it are so nice and friendly! They always ask me how my day is going and engage me in some kind of conversation. It's the only smoke shop I go to in Lake County, I can't tell enough people about it

I've been to this place a few times, while visiting family in town. First time she didn't have what I was looking for & tried selling me something else. I returned days later, when she did have what I wanted. Her prices were so unbelievably high that I left to look elsewhere. I returned CPL days later on my way back home, planned on purchasing the product that was already overpriced. Unfortunately, she have me a price $2 higher than quoted days earlier. I do not recommend this place, unless you've got money to burn.

What an awesome visit at Lucerne Smoke & Vape Shop. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions. Prices were also cheaper than other stores nearby and there was a large selection of items to choose from. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for unique products at an affordable price.
