We love Magic City! This is my daughters second year on a competitive team and let's just say there is no comparison. Here at Magic City you are treated with respect and the staff is always available to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. I have two girls, aged 7 and 9, that joined the competitive cheer team last year. We have been at other cheer gyms in Montgomery, and NOTHING compares to Magic City! The owners and coaches are truly amazing. It has been the best experience for both of my girls, as well as our family. It is a joy to watch them advance their tumbling, cheer, and jump skills. I can't say enough good things about Magic City! I have one daughter who is on the all star team and two who are in tumbling classes and they all enjoy it. The coaches care about the athletes. They have a 4:1 athlete to coach ratio which is a plus. My girls have been at other gyms where I felt they didn’t get much time with a coach because of the ratio, but that isn’t the case here. The gym is very welcoming so come check it out!

We love Magic City Ignite! We used another gym prior to coming to Magic City and we are so glad we made the move. We started with private lessons with Coach Brandy (she’s awesome!) and then moved into a tumbling class. I feel the coaches really care about my daughter as a person. My daughter looks forward to going every week and we have seen so much growth in such a short period of time. Highly recommend!

We truly love Magic City and their coaches! Our first year doing competitive cheer with no experience. This gym is hand down the best! They are a phone call, email, or even text away! My 8 year daughter has grown so much within the last year; skills, friendships, and even self confidence.

I was very hesitant to sign my then 6 year old daughter up for the All Star team this past season. I was worried about the commitment and went back and forth in weeks of discussion with Coach Lauren, who was always so helpful and encouraging. I’m so glad we finally did it! It has been the best experience for her. She’s loves seeing her friends, competing, and learning new skills! We’ve been doing private tumbling lessons also. Just in 5 months, she’d gone from cartwheels to back hand springs! Amazing! Even more exciting, I love the confidence she has and the constant support from her team members and coaches!

Such an amazing cheer gym!!! My daughter used to do competitive cheer at another location where the staff was rude and never communicated w the parents. MCI has been a much more nurturing and positive environment for our daughter. Private lessons and the individual coaches are superb. I would take the previous negative review w a grain of salt. MCI- is a brand new gym who is probably overwhelmed w their new customers. I have always been treated w respect and I know they want our business…. So appreciate all of the staff at MCI!!

We enrolled in the Spring Session for the beginner tumbling class. I feel like the 4:1 ratio is a little misleading. There are 4 students to a coach but the gym is super crowded and the rotate through skills with a different coach at each station. I didn’t feel like we were getting as much one on one time. Also, I didn’t feel like anyone was keeping track of what skills had been accomplished from week to week. Overall, we learned a few skills, but the focus here is really on cheer.
