Terrible. I went to see Wicked Sunday evening. I bought my tickets ahead thru Fandango. Highly recommend. Parking was good. The theater was not crowded so only two registers were open. It took forever to order popcorn, and when I finally got to the front of the line, the cashier told me that I couldn’t use Apple Pay and that he also didn’t take cash …so much for popcorn. I had nothing to snack on! The theater didn’t have comfy recliner chairs either. It was freezing inside. Turn on the heat! Overall, not a good experience but the movie was good.

Apologies.. This post is for Collierville, not Forest Hill. The best things about this movie theatre are Becky, the seating and the main woman manager.
They hire what seem to be toddlers, who are slower than molasses and ruder than one would expect.
Don't get me started on the popcorn. Cold and stale every time. This foolishness about making in back shoving in huge bags and then" rewarming" it is insane. The price of the movie and the highest popcorn ever. Please make it warm and fresh and enjoyable.
The good old fashioned way with kernels and FRESH. SERIOUSLY, with the technology there is, why no one came up with a better popcorn plan. Ugh.
We have the best seats in Memphis though, and stretching with a good blanket is awesome. Just get the attitudes and popcorn cool and you would be 5 stars.

Love the location. However, Alicia: Alissa was very rude and had an unpleasant attitude. Was also on her phone for the duration of my order. Then there was this one guy who really made me uncomfortable. He was obviously working
There by his uniform, but was pacing
The floor the entire time . I doubt I’ll return. Especially after realizing I can’t recline either. 2 stars for poor customer service.

This movie theater needs some renovations. Old and outdated. Some nice recliner seats and new larger screens is much needed.

We saw inside out 2 this past Saturday.

It was clean and recliners were nice. Popcorn was alright and cherry coke was on point.

We had a good time. It was $50 for concessions and tickets for a family of 3- but we don’t go to the movies very often so it was a nice treat!

I watched Bad Boys 2 at the other Malco 5 miles away. Then, later that day I came here by accident to see Quiet 2 (good). By accident bc I’m in my semi truck, no trailer, and plugged in the name of the theater not knowing there was another with the same name just a few miles away.

Enjoyed this one too. They sell alcohol here. That was a plus.
This Malco is nicer looking than the other one but the recliner seats are nicer and softer at the other. Seats here weren’t as comfortable. Movie was great though.

It’s been a long time since I went to the movies. I was shocked at the prices. This theatre is nice, but it is showing it’s age. The employees were great.
