My family recently went to this theater and they had a great time. It’s nice to order ahead and choose your seat online with the Marcus app. They have free popcorn Tuesdays for members! Lots of games to play and a concession that is really impressive with the food available.

We visited this theater last week. I expected it to be busy as it was only the 2nd or 3rd day of Moana 2 playing. However, my son wanted snacks, so we waited in line for quite a while, which is irritating but not a huge deal. As soon as it was our turn to order, the person running the register walked away.

As we were waiting for them to come back, the line behind me continued to grow, along with the line next to ours. About 10 minutes later, the lady behind us asked the other cashier if he could get someone to take our order. He said “she will be back.” Another 5-10 minutes later another employee walks by and the lady behind me asks if she can help us as we have all been waiting for a while. The staff agreed to take our orders.

Another member of our party had ordered chicken prior to us ordering. When it still wasn’t done after our wait and getting our order (she was told it would take 6 minutes), she asked if someone could bring her chicken to her seat when it was done. Staff took her seat number and agreed, it was not brought to her seat.

The theater appeared clean, the seats were comfortable, and the price was fair. The movie experience was a positive one.

Clean, comfortable, great places for a date, at a birthday party, an excellent way to kill a Friday night. On Tuesday, they have tickets for $7.00

The theater was marginally acceptable. Two people directly in front of us moved to a different area because the seats were uncomfortable. I noticed this when we initially sat. The seats were unlevel leaning forward. We moved down a few seats that were much better.

Every time I come here I always have an excellent time. And it's not just the movie that makes the experience pleasing. I find it's the customer service that is very appealing as well. Whether it be purchasing a ticket at the front, or getting snacks or food, the customer service is extremely good.

I would have given it a 5 but we were LIED to by the girl at the desk. She showed us all the seats that were taken so we had to set all the way up front witch is Way too close to find there were only a hand full of people there! I was infuriated!
