One of the cleanest theaters I've ever been to. Nice, wide reclining double-seats mean my wife and plus-sized self can actually watch a film in comfort instead of being smashed in between two armrests. I'd never tell her this, but if I go for a $7 Tuesday afternoon movie it's usually mostly empty and I can have the whole double-seat to myself, which is so comfortable I'm liable to accidentally take a nap!

If you're in the mood for food, they have great super-thin crust pizza at a price that doesn't break the bank. $20ish for a large, which is normal in today's economy. I recommend the hot honey drizzle on top. Absolute game changer!

Staff is almost always super friendly, and even brings food/drinks to your seat! Fantastic service!

My daughter and I showed up with our blankets, ready to settle in to watch a show we've been waiting to see. As we were walking in, I realized that I bought tickets for the day before. The manager was so patient and kind and gave us tickets to see the very next showing without making me feel bad about my mistake. Thank you so much.

My favorite theater to take a day off, sit back and relax, and enjoy a movie. Good prices, reclining seats, great screen quality and sound. The restaurant on the inside and bar is awesome too, with plenty of great food/drink options. The concessions range from amazing popcorn, pizza, and even funnel cake sticks! I had a burger and fries with a frozen drink brought to my seat, and let me tell you, it was amazing! If you want to get out with your family, a date, or even yourself and enjoy a movie, the Marcus Cape West Cinema is the place to do so👌.

Wonderful theater with comfortable seats. Only negative was an hour after paying with my credit card New Years day at 9:15, my credit card was compromised at 10:00 am for $180.50 for purchase of Google services. My credit company notified me within 6 hours and reversed fraud payment.

My brother and I visited this theater while on a work trip together. We didn’t have time for a movie, so we visited the Take5 bar for a drink. Mckayla was fun to chat with. She explained the history of the theater, and how they actually serve food to your seat.

Solid atmosphere, would recommend.

My seat would not recline. The theater was crowded so I could not slip into another seat. I could find no one to help me or complain to. When I returned to the ticket taker he said ‘sorry’. Later when I complained to the cleaner who swept after the movie he said it was probably unplugged. That I would have had to go to the aisle behind me and get down and plug it in. In a crowded dark theater that was not my place . I am disappointed with my whole movie experience. I am disappointed that there was not staff available to assist. And I am disappointed that after complaining to two employees that I was not offered compensation or a manager to speak to.

This place is outdated and filthy. Speakers are blown and rattle throughout the movie, seating is worn out, filthy and barely functional. All of the flooring is disgustingly gross. The general cleanliness is poor. Countertops seem to have gone years without deep cleaning and are never cleaned during a day’s worth of movies. As for the staff…young, unmotivated, unsupervised and incapable of customer service.
Security is hit and miss…
