We make the drive here versus going to our local theatre. It’s about a 35 minute drive. Usually it’s a great experience but staffing varies and impacts that greatly. There is plenty of parking, well lot parking lot and always the newest movies on release day. The prices have really hiked up recently , nearly 100$ for tickets and 100$ for confessions to take the family now. Makes it more tempting to wait for release and buy at home. Recently when visiting my son accidentally coughed when standing at the counter waiting on them to charge our concessions the the lady with the blue hair scolded him telling him to walk away. It was a small dry cough from having run up to the counter from playing games. We will continue going but I hope they realize that guest service should be equal to the price of admission.

I love going to the movies, but the food and drink prices at Marcus Chesterfield are absolutely ridiculous. I’m talking $7 for a small soda and $9+ for popcorn that tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. I understand theaters mark up concessions, but this is just straight-up price gouging. It feels like they’re taking advantage of a captive audience. Honestly, it makes me not want to buy anything at all—and that’s a shame because part of the movie experience is the snacks. Until they bring prices down to something reasonable, I’ll be sneaking in my own or just skipping concessions altogether.

Good cinema. Great sound and screen.
The chairs are amazing, comfortable and you can recline as a bed.
Bad: the screen had two spots that you can see depending on the scene. Missing a maintenance to keep all white.

I liked the theater, I took my 2 girls to see wicked 2:30 today most of the staff were nice but I was trying to get the 1/2 off reusable popcorn bucket and ended up not being given the correct one was just given a regular cardboard one and the guy at the snack counter who took care of us ( i think his badge said aune?) Tall white with curly brown hair. Had the absolute worst attitude, very blah, not helpful, and generally unpleasant, atleast the other ppl were nice but they need to rethink letting him work with customers if he's going to be like that, I'll go back to using the Arnold theater instead 😕

Love this theater. The big screen is the best. Most people don't realize, but they have the best burgers i have had in St Louis mo. Their food menu is amazing for a good dinner. And the drinks are great. Had a long island tea and was surprised how well the guy made it. It's better than most bars around. So well worth a movie and dinner.

Watched a movie on the ultra screen dlx, when I reclined the chair all the way back there was a handrail blocking the bottom of the screen. My kid had to sit on the arm rest to see over the handrail...

Hard to find in huge parking lots. Sat by stairs and there was a constant traffic of children going in and out throughout the film that was very distracting. Elevator was broken. Film was great but a pretty chaotic experience.
