Not an honest shop. Consulted with Mike and Dylan on two separate visits to get an estimate to add a simple powered sub to fill out sound in 2016 model x. Asked them both directly if they had experience with this vehicle and was assured they’d done several of them. Ordered the sub and scheduled for a Saturday at 8am coming all the way from Stockton. After keeping the car for hours while I wondered around Elk Grove on foot I get a call to ‘discuss my options’ to be told the job was more in depth than they knew and they refused to work on it. Left very disappointed and with much time and money wasted.

Half the cost for replacing the radio in my HD with a better radio than stock. And had it done in no time. Wow, was I surprised at the quality and expertise. Recommend to everyone. Plan on going there in the future for a better speaker system than stock in my Electra Glide Ultraclassic.

My appointment was scheduled by Install Connect. I purchased a navos gen 5 through American Muscle for my 2020 Mustang. The installation was in a timely manner. The product looks great with the time and care they put into the installation. The staff there was great! One helped me get acquainted with my new navigation system and linking my phone with Android Auto.

Absolutely phenomenal place. Did good, trustworthy work. Came in with some kind of a power draw coming from my sub setup and they did all they could to figure out and fix the issue, of which they did, and at a really really good price as well. Will continue to recommend to people I know if they have issues

Mike is the most honest technician I've ever met. I once owned a stereo shop myself. He doesn't hack up your car even if you want him too. He does QUALITY work at VERY REASONABLE prices. I would "NEVER" allow anyone else to touch my cars. If you want the BEST work take it to the BEST guy to do the work.

Mike, the owner, is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He pretends to be very polite and gentleman- he talks a lot, trust me, you’ll notice his tactic. But once he’s got your money and business, and if, for some reason, you’re not satisfied with the job they’ve done, he’ll show his true colors. You don’t have to believe everything I said here: I want you to experience it yourself, that way you will know that I’m not a liar- and I’m praying for you. Good luck.

I visited Mikes Sound Solutions, Elk Grove CA with my uncle. I advised him I was after a monoblock amplifier around 100rms with a decent price tag and also advised him I was visiting there from Sydney, Australia. Mike offered me a Phoenix Gold RX1100.1 amplifier with a pair of Phoenix Gold TI series 6.5 inch component speakers for a real good price. Before Mike made the recommendation, he listened to what I was after, the product I was running and the load impedance factor as well. I still have the PG amp in my car and being a Class D circuit , it is easy on the cars electrical system. Mike really knows his stuff and was also happy to show me a few demo vehicles he had done outside his shop. I strongly recommend Mike for all your car accessory needs. Good on you mate!
