We love Norms! Our fave time is Sunday- Thursday for some dive bar karaoke. Great atmosphere. My only suggestion would be more karaoke and less "playlist" on Sunday. Spent two hours to hear 3 people sing on Sunday. Not because lack of people wanting to sing. Less DJ on the phone and hanging out at pool table, more

Had a blast singing karaoke and the crowd is amazing. The bar tenders were all great and my drinks were as strong as a stiff wind in Kansas during tornado season. I'd describe more but, the rest of the night was a blur of good, diverse
music, and dancing people. Just good vibes all around.

Terrible bar. Went there on a Tuesday night. Bailey was the bartender. 2 well vodka cranberries 12.00 lol. The second one was all cranberry.i tipped the genius Bailey 8 bucks just to get away from her. When I asked Bailey what the actual bar name was she pointed at sign behind and said get some contact's. 8:30pm me and 1 other customer was there. Dead bar avoid at all cost. Better off going to Ollie's.

Best karaoke bar I've ever been to! I loved it! It was so fun, the people all treat each other like family. Even if you don't know each other. But, make sure when you order a drink to tell them exactly what you're looking for because I ordered a margarita and it was basically pure alcohol ? however, they made up for it afterwards.

Threatened with my life tonight. I accidentally brushed the pool table and was immediately kicked out of the bar by Ken. I asked for an explanation and was told if I didn't leave, I would be killed. This is not a joke. This is horrifying. I hope Brian Lovejoy sees this and takes it as serious as it actually happened. I am horrified to think customers new to the shoals have to experience this humiliating and terrifying customer service. This place is not what the Shoals represents. It is beyond embarrassing and a disgrace to the area. Do better.

Different size cups. More you drink paying the same price they'll sneaking a smaller cup in with few ounces. Old bar trick/scam. Couple bartenders are extremely rude. Regulars get treated worse over time. 1 hit wonder, nothing more. DJ's and Security are great; however, goods and customer service is severely lacking.

Response: wow, 11 months to reply, and a rather rude one at that. I was not turned down. In fact; I had finished paying and gave the bartender a 50% tip. Then I politely showed and informed her the cup size difference and to be careful. Then she proceeded to start cussing me out. I do still have records and pictures of the cups and that gracious 50% tip if you would like to see? As well as; two other regulars as witnesses that night to the event.
