Fernando had lovely service. Surprisingly out of all the bud tenders that I have ever been helped by he is the only one that will show you the product that you are purchasing. He’s also the only one that doesn’t promote you or bother you into buying more inexpensive products really respectful really nice you can tell he’s well educated by his job. I’ve been coming here for years and oh everybody always tries to convince me to waste my money but he doesn’t press anything. He showed me all the good deals and just let me decide on my own.

Although there were me and 10 other people in the store, (as well as the 4 people ahead of me that she had just helped), I was still greeted with a smile, and care as if she wasn’t stressed being alone at the moment. Kudos to her, she deserves a tip!

Neat shop but would be nice if first timers got at least a free pre roll on their first visit since you don’t let them stack the 15% off on top of the 40% off store wide. I get why you don’t stack but damn, we don’t get anything for checking the shop out at least? Also I’m not naming names but you might wanna retrain some of the employees because I informed them that it was my first time at this location and they just said “oh nice” and then stepped away and told me to let them know when I’m ready to cash out and walked away to watch the tv playing in the corner.

Definitely not worth the short drive from Hanford. More than likely not gonna come back or recommend this establishment.

1/10 and that’s only because the prices were decent.

Pretty cool setup. Security guard to check your ID and input you in the system for quicker access. Clerks are always nice and informative. Even after purchasing the stizzy pods without the pen, went back in and clerk was really cool and owned up about not making sure he checked we had the pen. 5/5

Natural healing center has a lot of great products to choose from, they always have great deals OTD! Elijah, who helped me was very nice ☺️ and he was so patient with me when tap to pay didn’t work. Will be back again, soon! 🤗

We have visited all the NHC dispensaries on the West Coast, we live in Bakersfield, Ca. We drove to Lemoore on a foggy morning to get some products on 12/2/24 as we have had a pleasant experience with each NHC dispensary we have visited and love their products and staff. We have always been greeted with smiles and knowledgeable people except for the Bud Tender that cashed us out. I say cashed us out only because she didn’t help us with any of the products we were choosing from, answer any of our questions, but after we picked out our first product kept asking are we done, is that it? My husband and I just looked at each other, we should have turned around and just left. We will not be returning to the Lemoore store we will drive 2 1/2 hours to Morro Bay because that is how unwelcome the girl with the long blond hair and long decorated nails made us feel. I believe her name starts with a C. We love your products but we were made to feel like we should take our business elsewhere and it was as if our questions bothered her. I also was going to give her my name and number however they upload our purchase so that it would show what we had bought incase I forgot about a product and needed to go back and check, I didn’t even have the chance to do that.
My husband has a neurological issue and these products help him, we drove quite a ways to be treated rudely by this bud tender and that is unacceptable.
