Went on a Tuesday which was super busy. Ticket line and concession lines all in one which made the wait long. Plan ahead and arrive early! But staff was doing a great job trying to move along quickly and still be friendly. Theater sound was just okay.

My wife and I were in Newport for the weekend and had a few hours to kill. We'd both been wanting to see the Beetlejuice sequel and it was playing here. We went and weren't disappointed. This is a nice, clean theater with very friendly staff. Our only complaint was that the volume could have been a little higher.

Went to see Wicked Thursday. The screen was blurry but because I am on medications with a possible side effect of blurred vision, I thought I was the problem. Talking to my partner about how I may need to adjust my medication the next day, I found out the screen was the problem. He said it was blurry too. Went to the theater Saturday to request comp tickets as I would very much like to see a non blurry Wicked. The manager acknowledged that that projector had been blurry and was now fixed but could not comp tickets because it was not same day. Personally, I feel like exceptions should exist for these circumstances. I’m local and it’s the only theater in town so I will be back but definitely doubling down on my discount Tuesday only policy.

Honestly this place is so underrated coming from a local. I enjoy going out with my man and his mom to the movies when something good comes out. It's nice to have a little piece of nostalgia.

Went to see Kevin Costner movie Horizon. Could not finish viewing the movie because the theater's climate control wasn't working right. We froze even after retrieving wool jackets from our vehicle. Staff was very understanding and we received rain check tickets to come back when their climate control is repaired.

It's ok, not the best, not the worst, they are normally out of some food items (despite being empty most of the time). Wouldn't recommend to take this over in home streaming, unless you want the cinema experience

There are not really many theatre options on the coast. This one is dated and smells and looks unclean in the theatre. Better than nothing, but I recommend waiting until you can stream it at home or driving hours to somewhere else. My wife had old gum stuck on the cushion part of her seat. We moved to a new section. It is sad, but I can't recommend this location.
