10/10. Enough said. But for those who need more convincing, here you go. We hosted a baby shower this past weekend and everything was perfect. The staff made the entire process completely stress free, from the weeks preparing to the day of event (with an expected ~100 guests). Sergio and Edwin were extremely detailed, helpful, and patient when it came to planning the layout, setup, buffet, and all other needs. During the party, Jimmy, Jaime, and Vienna were so kind, professional, and accommodating to ensure everyone had a great time. The food and venue speak for themselves. The buffet table was presented beautifully and everything was delicious. Novo’s indoor/outdoor atmosphere overlooking the bay across the San Diego Skyline is something you can’t get at any other Novo location. We had countless friends and family compliment the venue and ask about hosting events in the future. A big thank you to Novo IB and their incredible staff for a perfect day.

Wow! Fantastic vibe with great views! Clean, open, and airy. The menu is fantastic, food really good with healthy options. Love, love, love the kombucha! Great selection of both NA and hard kombucha. My new fave place in Imperial Beach! (Surprised you can’t find this location on TripAdvisor)

Great place to hang-out and enjoy watching sports whilst having a pint of their delicious Kombucha. I also ordered their fish burrito 🌯 which a decent size that came with tortilla chips. My wife had their carne asada bowl 🥣 that had a unique twist of couscous and rice topped with a bit of hummus. It was very good. The rest of the fam had burgers which are always a favorite. Our drinks we had were the Nova Boochelada, Nova Horchata (its ok), pilsner, & Corvo Negro coconut. Had a great time. Will take more pix of the drinks next time.

What a hidden gem! The location is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, the food is AWESOME, and the kombucha is delicious. Jimmy, the manager, is so easy going and helped me coordinate a fun group event there and my guests were blown away by the food and the decor / atmosphere. The location is also amazing b/c it's on the bike path/water, so it's beautiful to walk outside with a drink and enjoy the views. I'll be coming back and bringing friends!
