I get so confused about the insurance but Ashea I hope I spelled that right helped me take care of everything. It was totally stress free. Then shea the nurse took all my health information and you could tell she really listened and cared And when the nurse came in to take my blood I feel bad I can't remember her name she got me on the first try no one has ever done that before I was so grateful. The biggest miracle was when Dr. Smith came in she sat down and for about 20 or 30 minutes she actually talked to me about how I was feeling and how we could improve that and she listened and really cared. I'm 54 and in my lifetime have never that top notch quality of care before they made me feel important. THEY HAVE ACHIEVED ONE STEP UP FOR HUMANITY! THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT OAK STREET

Rude! Who has ever heard of having to be at an appointment an hour early? Are y'all serious I was there and checked in prior to my appointment time with no other patients waiting to be seen and was denied being seen because I was there only 30 min before my scheduled time . This team can't be what they claim according to my experience .if 0 stars were available that would be my choice.

I took my mother here to check this place out and it felt like the biggest sales pitch ever. It was decided NOT to change her to this place, told them this, yet and still, they keep calling to schedule her for an appointment. I don't like the pressure to have her as a patient nor do I appreciate their NOT understanding when I ask them to stop calling. I don't trust this place!

I saw Dianna Odom n she was very friendly..Asked questions, did her observation n listened to what I said so we could get me feeling better..She know my health history so know what meds I can have or not have since I'm Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease...She set me up for a followup checkup,CT n made a referral to Ortho Ark for me to be seen for my knee..I really like her, n all the employees,nurses n drs n will recommend Oak St. Health to others..

Overall was a pleasant visit. Personell was courteous and helpful Doctor explained their program well. I have one major issue, third party in room with my doctor visit. Visit with doctor is very personal. As far as I am concerned having a stenographer in office is a violation of HIPPA laws. Lack of privacy is a deal killer for me.

I was very satisfied with my experience there my doctor is very nice. She has great bedside manners. My nurse is very kind. She has good manners as well and this is something that’s important to me. When I go to the doctor is how they treat me and talk to me, it makes me feel like I’m going home. It’s a good feeling.
