El poco tiempo que viví allí fue excelente

They have no sympathy for anybody. I parked my car right outside of my assigned garage for simply 15 minutes to unload and load groceries and heavy things that were in the backseat of my car within that time security had tagged and towed my car. Instead of showing some type of concern or sympathy, they would rather stand on a policy that they’ve never really enforced until now. They allow other tenants to park parallel to their garages with no consequences but the one time I do it late at night I get penalized. I wasn’t charged $660 dollars and wasn’t asking for a full refund just maybe a partial credit towards next months rent. They smiles and tried sounding all sweet but could care less about any concerns you bring to them. The male manager entered the conversation very hostile from the start. Instead of going after people breaking into cars, they would rather go after tenants that are trying to unload and load their cars. My car was broken into twice, and the neighbors has also had their cars broken In the back lot that they forced everyone to park regardless of how far your apartment is from the actual back parking lot because there’s only one. Someone even managed to set a car on fire and it blew up in the back parking lot but yet they want us to park there. We deal with bad kids that steal packages, bang on doors and destroy peoples property. Dog poop everywhere, rent increases every year but no changes will be made to the complex. I lived here for years and thought maybe they would atleast hear me out but no. They shut me up and pointed straight to the exit because to them $660 is chump change. Don’t say I don’t warn you ahead of time. And whatever they comment under my review is them just trying to save face. If you don’t believe me then move here and tell me if I was wrong or not. I’m simply trying to save the headache because it isn’t worth living somewhere with constant homeless people jumping the fence and causing havoc in the complex. Only good thing they do is have a food truck come once a month. That’s it. Don’t be fooled by the pretty lady that sits in the front, she’s only there to make the place look good but deep down they know what they are doing and who they are doing it too .

Terrible place to live at. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have moved out already and waited to write this review. Aside from the complex being dirty, dog poop everywhere that is never cleaned up, and having to report an injury of me falling because they didn't pour new concrete in front of my home after tearing up the concrete for repairs (took almost 2 weeks to fill till I had an injury then they magically had it fixed in about 2 days) the Rent is ridiculously overpriced for a place that isnt even nice inside or out, and they do not care about safety around the complex. Maintenance is terrible as well. They would always leave the electrical panels with the meters and other components open for anyone to get to. Would tell the office multiple times that it was a safety hazard especially with kids and they could care less. The older and shorter mexican guy with glasses in maintenance was the worst. He is lazy! Straight told me it "wasn't a problem" that my apartment flooded downstairs late at night and to "wait till morning" for him to get to it because it wasn't an "emergency." So much for the emergency Maintenance line, which I had to call multiple times to even get an answer just to be told no the first time, and then eventually had him come down. He even told me "You have a Mop right there, just mop it. I'm not doing anything right now" and straight left. What a joke! Unprofessional and definitely not worth your time. Office never answers the phone either and repairs are never actually done until you bug them multiple times about it, which makes it feel like you're annoying them. Not to mention I found a dead rato right outside my sidewalk and I had to be the one to remove it because they didn't care it was there. Terrible place to be. If I could give it 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Oh and get ready to pay a mandatory $180 cleaning fee when you leave. No matter if you leave the place clean or not they will charge you that as a base fee. Regardless. We pretty much left the place spotless except the oven we didn't get to clean, and got charged the base of $180. Could be more depending on what you leave behind. Not to mention when I came back to check the apartment one last time it reeked of Urine. Mind you I wasnt there for 2 full weeks . My suspicion is they were using my unit to go to the restroom. I only think this because there was so much debri from outisde as well, and the upstairs had trash from outside, which didnt make sense since we left everything clean. If no one was in there why did it smell of urine and have trash in the unit? MAKES NO SENSE. They tried to play it off when asking about it as well while I gave back my keys. My electric was ridiculously high as well for only being in the unit for 2 weeks before vacating. I suspect they were in there running A/C and lights using it as a rest area and bathroom for the remaining of the month knowing I wasn't there. I Wish I left cameras to confirm my suspicions. Overall I would skip this place and pay the rent someonewhere else that is better.

The leasing agent was rude and nasty. I was trying to let her know about the questions that was asked. She was talking over me cutting me off. Nice apartment the lease office employee are something else.

I absolutely love it here. I’m kind of surprised by all of the negative reviews. The employees have always been very helpful and kind. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, maintenance shows up right away to take care of the problem. The amenities are great as well. As far as robberies and such, I haven’t had any issues thank goodness and I personally feel pretty safe in my home! I’m happy to call this home. I recommend giving it a shot! My one and only complaint would be the limited parking. This is why I am giving 4 stars and not 5. You have to be strategic to get a spot close to your unit but other than that, this place is great.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I lived at Oasis for 5 years and my experience has left a lot to be desired. In fact, I'm appalled at how I've been treated after paying rent on time with no late payments. I have been served a Notice to Pay or Quit for $147 (3 days of rent) on a unit they are well aware will be vacant in two weeks. The staff is completely unhelpful and sometimes even rude...when they actually answer the phone or return a phone call. After I reported a roof leak several times, nothing was done and my ceiling caved in with moldy drywall and insulation everywhere in my home. I was forced to live with this for a day, take a day off of work, and had property damage that they refuse to speak to me about. My garage opener didn't work for five days after leaving numerous messages for both office and emergency numbers with no response. I was without my vehicle with no compensation and again a refusal to discuss it when I finally spoke to someone. However, they claim that no garages are permitted to be used for storage and a vehicle must be housed in them. That's a joke since they claimed they would enforce this regulation and absolutely has done nothing about it. I had a rat infestation in existence upon move in that took a year and a half to eliminate (after cutting holes in my downstairs ceiling) after numerous calls and complaints to the office. My garbage disposal didn't work for 3 years after many visits by maintenance which took an exponential number of phone calls to get them to my apartment. My kitchen drawer has always been broken after repeated attempts to have it repaired and instructing them on how to repair it. Vehicles have been towed without proper notification. They lied to me at the beginning stating I was allowed to have a TV satellite dish but when I came to sign the lease, it said I could not install a dish - even though there's many many dishes installed on the buildings throughout. This has been the worst rental experience. I am a professional in the Property Management industry and if I was in charge of this office, I should expect my employment to be terminated.

It was expensive and the staff were rude. Day 1 we encountered roaches and rats. The facility is pretty, but if you walk in the grassy areas, expect to find dog poop. Have to beg to get any repairs or termination of pests. We had a leak that left damage to personal property, and they couldn't care less. Don't rent here. They don't care about you or your well-being or your property. The playgrounds are outdated and unsafe. The parking is a nightmare, if you get home after 6pm you'll have to park far and walk, if you get home after 12am expect to have to park outside of the facility or across the complex.

Went to tour the oasis town homes I really loved the pictures online but that is not what I witness at all. As I read the charges rent 2,800 water trash $80 they even charge you for trash services $25 for you to place your garbage outside the door for them to throw away for you. When we arrived the front looked decent not very clean grass grown out, dog poop all over smh, Trash outside peoples doors just sitting. There were kids screaming & playing now, I can handle That but as I got in my car I looked down and there was a black thong on the floor just wow lmfao. The property was so dirty smh the gym equipment was warm out ripping, their coffee bar area needed to be fixed molding was falling off a counter. While driving around the property the trash cans were over flowing trash all over the floors the garages looked so warm out damaged. If you have a pet $50 monthly rent 😭😂 like wow on top of a pet deposit. I wash shocked I mean the model Was nice but after seeing the rating and rat reviews I couldn’t 😭 the reviews don’t lie.
