We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Laguna Village, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Dayna was an absolute superstar throughout the entire wedding preparation process. Her calm, detailed, and organized approach ensured that every little detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day. On the wedding day, Dayna was a true professional, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. I can’t say enough good things about her and her ability to help create such a magical day!

The food and bar service were nothing short of spectacular. A special shout-out goes to Andrew at The Cliff restaurant, who was fantastic during our food tasting and on the big day. He made sure the service was impeccable and that everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and kindness really stood out.

Our DJ, Gus, had the entire crowd dancing all night long, creating an incredible atmosphere for everyone to have an amazing time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Laguna Village, and The Cliff for anyone looking to have the perfect wedding day!

The perfect wedding venue!!! Occasions made all my wedding dreams come true, the views are incredible and everyone at Occasions was so great to work with.
Dayna was so on top of everything and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. She was amazing to work with and made the planning process go smoothly and took away a lot of stress.
We did the taco package for our wedding and the food was amazing, and Andrew was so helpful and so great to work with.
Overall I could not speak more highly of Occasions, look no further this is the perfect Venue!!!

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was an absolute DREAM.

From the very beginning, every person we worked with and all their associated vendors were very kind, helpful, responsive and professional.

Dayna was our wedding producer and was the biggest help from the day we signed the paper. She made sure we checked all the boxes, even things outside of the venues direct responsibly, just to make it as easy on us as possible. We had multiple check ins and she was always open to answer questions via text or phone when we had them. She gave us tons of photo recommendation, took pictures throughout our rehearsal and wedding, and made sure we all were where we needed to be.

Andrew with the Cliff restaurant was easy to communicate with and was very nice when we came in for our tasting. We tried a large variety of foods that were hard to pick from because they were all so good! We had great reviews of the food after the wedding and they were great about minding all allergens and dietary restrictions. The crab cakes, goat cheese crostinis and chicken curry skewers were all amazing hors d'oeuvres. The veggies and salad fresh and flavorful and of course our chicken and salmon were really really delicious.

They take care of all set up of table, chairs, decorations, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour and everything in between. They gave us tons of freedom to do our wedding the way we wanted and it felt so seamless, I never had to stop and make a decision or handle any problems the whole night. Whether there were any snags, I have no idea, that's how great a job everyone did. All the staff were great!

Dayna was very responsive and helpful over email and went out of her way the day of to ensure that the day ran smoothly. I highly recommend her!

Where to start! We got married at Occasions on November 4, 2023. Even before we put the deposit down, we were met with professionalism and confidence putting me and my now husband at ease. Dayna is excellent at her job and made the planning process very smooth and easy. Going into the wedding weekend, I felt calm and relaxed knowing that the day would go off without a hitch and I was right! Her team did an amazing job coordinating between all the vendors so I just had to show up and get married. The catering manager Andrew was so easy to work with when figuring out the signature drinks for the bar, as well as helping us make sure the food matching the vibe we wanted for our wedding. DJ Todd from Epic 1 entertainment kept the party going with our dancefloor being packed all night, as well as some fun extras. 

I would highly recommend Occasions for any of your wedding or event needs. I am so thankful to them for making our special day easy, seamless and one to remember.

If you want to get married close to the ocean, then this is the right venue. Truly the best views you will ever find. Also the venue is incredibly flexible, the packages are affordable, the vendors are all amazing and Dayna is incredibly helpful. Just got married this past weekend at Occasions and I could not recommend highly enough.

I am getting married at Occasions at Laguna Village this September and our experience so far with the staff, the salespeople, and our coordinator has blown me away.

First off, the venue is spectacular. You’ve got a 180 view of the ocean, room for 160-170 guests, a list of preferred vendors who have been nothing but incredible, The Cliff as a caterer (one of my favorite restaurants so that’s a big plus), and it’s in a central location within the city so it’s walking distance from many local hotels.

Second, the staff is so organized and professional and kind. Andrew, the restaurant manager, gave me and my family an unforgettable food tasting experience. Louis, who is a server at The Cliff and one of the leads on the catering team, even introduced himself to us and gave us the confidence that he will be taking care of us for our wedding. And you can’t forget Dayna, the coordinator. She has been there for us every step of the way answering our questions, providing support, helping to make sure we think of everything for our big day.

I couldn’t recommend this venue and this team more!
