The Orinda Theater has been around since the 1940s, and it's an awesome theater. I'd definitely see a movie here. Now attached to the theater is a small tiki bar called, Boo Loo Tiki Bar. It's a very small spot, and the owner of the theater and the bar are one and the same. I went here 6 weeks into its opening, and I liked it! It has a lot of heart as members of the community contributed to the build of this bar. The drinks were really well balanced and, as a result, tasted delicious! Employees here are very friendly, and there are munchies served onsite. Definitely look into this spot and give it a try! Perhaps before or after a movie, or just to pop in and check it out. It's a gem!

It's a miracle this place has survived - only through the active efforts of the community and the interest in the histori Art Deco character. Places like this are important to frequent and support. You'll never know how long they'll be around. There is still something great about experiencing a film in a truly classic theater with original details and design.

We went to see The Boy on the Boat movie, given that I haven’t been to the theater in a while, this place keeps the vibes going well, with old school theater space, cool restroom decorations and fun and friendly people servicing you here. I brought my nephew to a cinema for the first time and he enjoyed the experience of seating in the movie theater, popcorn, red vines and seeing his schoolmate during it.

Happened to have some time waking around Orinda theater district saw the billboard of a movie what interests me Which started like 10 minutes, so I paid the 10 bucks which I thought was pretty reasonable Multiplex theater really cool restroom. They must’ve remodeled it from the old theater great snack bar, beer and wine pizza and all the regular movie theaters snacks love the way they remodeled small theater in. It was very
comfortable and enjoyable movie.

This is a well maintained old school theater. Image and sound quality are better than expected, and there is always a good seat in the main theater. Come on over to Orinda and have a beer, wine or dinner before or after!
