We went here for an all white event. This venue shares a lot with other stores in the plaza in Maryland Heights unlike the one in South County on Telegraph. So it was a lot of traffic on the lot. However it was very lit but hard to find parking close to the venue. The lot was full. The venue is beautiful but very dark and dimly lit. Lovely to the eye but a bit hard to photograph. Everything was nice and clean. The servers were kind and professional. Everything was well organized and put together nicely. The food was absolutely disgusting. The menu could have been determined by the people who hosted the event so I’m not sure who’s responsible for the menu but the food did not have any flavor at all. Everything else was nice and I don’t have any complaints at all. The room in which the event took place was actually more lit up and gave an opportunity to take nicer looking photos. I enjoyed being a part of this event but personally I would not book an event at this venue due to how dark it is an the bland food.

Orlando's Event Center: Five-Star Venue, Five-Star Cause! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our recent charity gala at Orlando's Event Center was a smashing success! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our "My Life In A Bag" Foundation fundraiser (providing luggage and support to foster kids). Premium sound, fantastic food, and a seamless QR code donation system made giving back a breeze! Even with multiple events happening, everything ran like clockwork. Highly recommend this venue for any occasion! (P.S. - Support foster youth and donate to "My Life In A Bag" - every bit helps!)

My husband surprised me with my birthday party here on 3/24. Everything about this place was perfect!!! The customer service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff deserves 10 stars alone!! The food was delicious. The venue, experience and atmosphere was perfect!! My husband also had so many positive things to say about the booking and coordinating process with Laurie!!! Highly recommend for your next event!!!

Laurie made me and my husband's wedding SO wonderful. I cannot rave enough about Orlando's and Laurie. She made our entire planning experience so easy, personalized, stress free and was beyond accommodating. She upgraded a lot of things for us and spoiled us. Our wedding reception was perfect, the staff was so helpful and friendly and the food was OUTSTANDING. I was blown away at the tasting by the homemade delicious options. The Orlando family served everyone and treated you like family. They are so affordable and the quality is excellent. I can't recommend them enough!

Orlando’s did an AMAZING job at setting up my wedding. I chose this place because I wanted a hands-off wedding, where I didn’t have to do much. That’s where Orlando’s stepped in. They handled food, drinks, planning, and even set up all my decor! They made it look gorgeous.
They also did a great job keeping it COVID safe.
