This is a truly special place. The stars are bright and the air is crisp. I have had one of the most magical experiences at this unbelievable location. The sound travels like melodies through the canyons. Please be respectful of this private location. If you are granted access or you have a chance to enjoy a private gathering. Please hold it precious as this location is one of a kind..... ✌❤💚💜💙🌵 🌄

Awesome spot for an event retreat! Already built stage with a bar/kitchen behind it. Nestled in the valley with beautiful Joshua trees surrounded by some amazing rock structures!

Like nearly everyone before me has said, this place is magical. There’s a special energy out there that you can tap into that is unlike anywhere else. The location has pristine beauty for the eyes in every direction. Maintenance on the ranch has been improved dramatically in the last year. The 2 clean compost outhouses are critical when the wind picks up. The location is usually very dry and is an optimal place for loud hi-fidelity sound. During the summer at night is when festivals here come alive, the weather has cooled to a warm breeze and the desert invites our souls to dance under the impeccable stars. The stars here are as bright as anywhere, it’s breathtaking. This is a perfect place to perform fire poi. The photos you will get here will all be stunning when you review them again later.
Some of the negatives of the spot are the weather. It can be super cold and windy during the winter, big warm fires and many layers are a must. It can also be roasting hot. There are cement mounts in the ground to build a shade structure quiet easily. The Sci-Fighter and Inner Observers events always see that these accommodations are used. This can give everyone a shady place to dance and escape the heat. The heat is a reality that if prepared properly for can be a minor inconvenience instead of a moment of panic. The Wind is consistent and strong when active. The rear of the wooden stage makes a great place to escape the unrelenting wind. The wind can also be as still as possible too, which makes for magic moments in the fall and spring. This is a wild place, there is wildlife all around even in this desert. This means that during the hottest months if you leave the property to explore there’s a good chance of running into a snake. They don’t like the loud music so they won’t hang around the grounds.
This place is home for the soul. If your in the city surrounded by concrete then coming out here once every few months can be a spiritually healing event, I always return home feeling lighter, cleaner, and brighter. Treat the land well and the land will treat you.

Needs some improvements. The place was a little janky and beat up. I was let down for sure. Better signage would be useful, especially along the lengthy, rough, sandy road that takes you there. I felt lost and unsure as I approached the venue. It would be awesome to see the cheap osb plywood flooring of the stage replaced, they are quite warped and look terrible. They function though. I was glad to have our second stage we brought and built. Shade structures, or at least proper posts to attach shade cloth to, would be a lifesaver. We were out there in the middle of the summer, (smart I know) just roasting, with little to no relief.
There's a lot of potential here, the Joshua trees were dope, and the mountains were kinda pretty too. Lot's of decently flat areas to camp, park or dance!! Two new outhouses were being built as we arrived, that was really appreciated!
This place just barely qualifies as a concert venue. Whoever owns it should revamp a few areas in the structure behind the stage, as well as the actual stage. Also!! We seen two rattlesnakes so be aware and bring a shovel!! Perhaps some warning or danger sings pertaining to the rattlers would be a good addition as well.
This was my first experience camping in the desert, at a festival. It was beautiful, we had fun, but the heat was deadly and I wished and wished for the sun to set quicker, or for a swimming pool to magically appear. Installing misters wouldn't be a bad idea at all here, considering the dry, dry heat.
Also, bring generators and gas lol - we knew that beforehand, but just in case you were expecting any kind of power, don't. Because, remember, you're in the middle of the desert in friggin no where land.
