LOVE this place! The service is amazing, the restaurant is big and nice. All you can eat for about $75 per person. A nice wine list, decently priced. Salad bar had a variety of options, the table was served with mash potatoes and cheese bread. Thankful I was able to take some home because the bread was addicting! I wasn’t sure how to take pics of the different meats because we ate it as soon as it came lol but all of them tasted good, especially the Brazilian steak. Literally, Chef’s kiss! I’ve told all my friends to come here. Can’t wait to come back! 🙂

Food: AMAZING. Drinks: AMAZING. Bartender dude: AMAZING. Other service: pretty good, but a bit slow when we were trying to get our check (and the place was not busy). Overall: amazing, would definitely go back! Especially for their pão de queijo and the grilled cheese with honey and guava sauce 😍

This place is amazing, the staff is welcoming and attentive. Everyone was relaxed and not pushy. The smell of the food makes the mouth water in anticipation. Definitely need to come and try it out.

It was a great experience. Good customer service and good food. Grilled meat was coming just at the right time. Did not wait a long time at all. They have improved than last time when it comes to serving you delicious grilled lamb chops. Mr Philip was a wonderful and professional person. The manager and other servers are polite and hospitable.

Pampas offers a new kind of experience for dining. I would recommend this restaurant if you enjoy the company you are with since small bites are offered. The salad bar was nice but not the highest quality. In our opinion, the meat is a hit or miss. Some of the cuts were well done while others were divine (the lamb). Yet, the highlight of the night were the desserts. We still talk about them because they were the best we've had at a restaurant. Finally, the servers were wonderful and made sure we tried everything we wanted to.

Kao Saechao

Went there for Valentines Dinner last night. I’m sure this was a unique experience, as they were quite busy. Food was excellent, but unfortunately the list of negatives in service were too long for me to ignore, it was frustrating to say the least.

Walked in for reservation at 6pm, the two nice ladies at the front told us it would be 10-15 min since they were backed up and that we could wait at the bar. No problem, normal to have to wait a bit.
Sat at bar with my wife and waited, multiple bartenders came in and out, making drinks, and didn’t acknowledge or ask us if we wanted anything. All good, they were busy.

While we waited, all the other people waiting as well were being approached and let know their tables were ready. Since we were waiting for a bit, decided to order drinks and to get their attention just said straight to the bartender “can we order drinks here?” He was very nice but 2 drinks took 15 minutes at the bar. We waited until 6:30 and one of the girls finally came and asked when our reservation was, we said 6 and she was surprised. Not sure why, we were waiting in the same spot for a while. No biggie, got to our table, sat down.

No waiter/waitress came by, just sitting waiting some more. Told my wife she should go to salad bar and get something, I’ll wait if someone comes by. I finally got fed up and went up to the front to ask if someone was coming over, and how this all worked since we had never been here before. One of the managers in a suit was very kind and came and answered my questions. Great, things should be going better from here, I get it they’re busy.

The food started coming by, and it was excellent. Food is really extraordinary and comes in plenty. But still no waiter, the entire service. No water refills, dish pickups. Wanted to order drinks, didn’t know who to ask. Tried to wave them down, make eye contact, but they were busy. We watched every other table get assistance, it was like no one was assigned to us. We just tried to make the most of the evening, and when we finished I finally got up to go tell one of the waitresses we were ready for our check, I didn’t know who to ask.

After some more waiting, finally an older kind gentleman came by and gave us our check. I assumed he was supposed to be our waiter this whole time. After giving him my card, I received the receipt print, signed it and we left.

After we left, we were at another bar and realized the waiter never returned my card to me, so we drove back to the restaurant and they were able to grab it for me. I wasn’t upset about it, mistakes happen.

Look, the food was great, people were kind, I get they were busy on Valentine’s Day. I honestly wouldn’t think twice about writing a review at a less expensive restaurant. I felt with so many things that added up, and how frustrating the evening progressively became with the service, I owed it to others to write about my experience.

Food was great, would recommend restaurant due to food and kind employees but maybe not on a busy night.
