The experience was great. It provided an immersive sound and picture quality that really brought the movie to life, and the comfortable, reclining seats made for a relaxing viewing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the popcorn was fresh and perfectly popped, the concession stand had alot of food options. A clean environment, including well-maintained restrooms and concession areas, is essential for a pleasant visit.

Great Theater BUT, I had three persons with disabilities and you have to stand in a long slow moving line of families buying snacks!! When I was finally able to receive my prepaid tickets I mentioned our situation to the clerk she just dismissed it as under staffing. NOT an acceptable excuse. As a disabled senior with a severely disabled relative should not have to wait for entire families to select their goodie’s.
Let me check in and get my seat!!!

I am torn when it comes to leaving a review with this theater. We are in town and have visited twice now (Moana 2 and Mufasa) and both times we’ve had kids that were allowed to run all over the theater when the movie is playing. Along with full grown adults using their phones to view instagram stories mid movie. We love to support local businesses so instead of driving all the way to SLO to see a movie we gave this place a shot not once but twice. We loved the recliners and the small town feel but the way the theater is set up with everyone being on the same level instead of regular stadium theater seating where we all go up higher than the previous row so we can’t see the people in front of us makes it a bit unenjoyable when people want to use their phones mid movie. I feel local families use this theater to let their kids run amuck while they watch a movie and not pay attention to their kids. We travel full time and watch movies ALL over the country, this theater needs to crack down on phone use mid movie and people allowing young kids to run around mid movie. I’ve never encountered such entitlement from others at a theater. The workers are always kind and helpful, bathrooms are clean, and snacks are reasonably priced along with the price of a movie ticket. Though once the movie starts you’re on your own and your hard earned money spent does not matter due to them allowing people to just do whatever the heck they want once the movie starts. An absolute shame this movie theater can’t be taken seriously like other major theaters around the country. It is a hidden small town gem and small adjustments can keep this place around longer, though the locals act like they give no care to help this theater thrive.
