went to get 2 rolls of quarters to do laundry. i had previously received quarters from this location in the past and was never asked about membership or offered membership. Today was different. a woman asked if i was a "member" of their credit union. i am not. i do bank with another credit union and use Patelico ATM often at that location. i was REFUSED 2 rolls of Quarters. No other members were in the bank at the time. if you bank with other credit unions you do not have access to their services other than using the ATM outside. FYI.....

I have been experienced a very positive experience recently at patelco at cherry ave. I have been other banks for 5yrs but make it so hard to get car or personal loan. I was looking car loan for financing, I met Kristen Reyes,she have been So supportive, with a great postive energy and expert on her job from the start of fill out my applications until getting approved and throughout the process of having free checking and saving accounts. Also she gave me more helpful resources and information as a result I can able to open free checking account which I never had an idea of the existence of free checking and saving accounts. The service in patelco is super fast service. They processed my car loan application and personal loan in few hrs.the agents over the phone, email, text and in-person, they are super fast to respond, very professional best problem solver to issues. I highly recommend patelco.

After long time of being unsatisfied or frustrated by other bank institutions, I found Patelco Credit Union and I am really happy! I could switch my loans here with much lower interest!

In the right account you can make higher interest, with out locking it in. Their service tends to be faster, cuz they're a smaller bank. Their polices on giving the state of California controller your money if you don't have activity in your account, or don't cash their checks on time, is the fastest I've ever seen, in fact that's the only negative with Patelco, everything else is on point.
