The food was good. The burger I got there was big and tasted good. The service was good. I stopped in for a short time so I can’t give that much of a review.

Staff is fabulous, food is great. Owner is the biggest thing in the way of his business growth.

Patsys was the first bar I ever went to, and initially it was because a friend needed a girl's night. Bars were never my scene because I get overstimulated quite easily. I felt Patsy's was actually a safe and fun atmosphere where people can exhale from the world thanks to Dj Dee the security, and other staff working as a great team to help everyone feel as celebrated as they are looked out for.

With DJ Dee no longer there the place lost it's sense of community. I have noticed several interactions between owner and staff, based on observations the owners attitude is very "my way or the highway" treating the staff like they're replaceable and lucky to be there. In most cases like that the staff get sour attitudes as well, the staff at Patsy's have been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive greeting everyone with warmth.

I am grateful that the staff didn't pass the managers sour attitude to the customers and that's because the staff are great people that care.

If I could make two recommendations for the owner:

1) Get DJ Dee back immediately and let him run the entertainment completely. Step out of his way, he's been doing this for years and every pun intended has an excellent rhythm going with that crowd. People like myself, came to Patsy's for community, connection, and celebration. The reason? DJ Dee was a leader in that space. He's no longer there for what? No good reason that anyone who cares about him sees. Realize he's your biggest anchor for creating space where people come to recharge their spirits and get together with those they care about.

2) Stop treating your staff like they're expendable. Your staff and how you treat people will make or break your business. It's purely because of their character they don't pass your sour attitude to the customers. Show gratitude that's the case otherwise you'd be out of business easily.

Hopefully you take these things to heart.

Treat your staff better and bring DJ Dee back, and step out of their way because they're a great team. 💯

Once those two things happen I'll return and bring people.

A little hidden from the city of Laguna Niguel, nice ambience with two separate rooms for entertainment with pool tables and casual dining, the other side more sitting area.
Service and food were great, a little bit on the high price, happy hour not so much on the special side.

Old school bar, pool tables on one side and restaurant on the other. I ate at the bar, food was amazing, service excellent, friendly people. I had the Fish & Chips, Mac, Corn-beef, Bacon, DELICIOUS!
