I paid to bowl for an hour for just me. I bowled 9 games. The seating behind the lane I was given was trashy. The 1st pic shows the trash that had been left. None of it was mine, and all of those balls were left as well. I requested a cleaning to be done. Within 8 min, someone came and apologized. The attendant saw my scores on the 1st game and saw how I spin my ball to the right. He admitted that the lanes were not waxed due to whomever their "Lane guy" hadn't been doing a "good job" lately. You can tell by the video where I slice it to the left to spare that frame; the lane has no wax on it after the halfway point into the lane. If you don't absolutely sling it, don't put any spin on it because it'll gutter every time. For reference, I am typically a 120s to 180s bowler. I got 126 once and 110s a few times, but otherwise, it was below 100. I did see employees sitting around and not working by the theater portion. I was very unimpressed.

There was a bald gentleman working in the back with pizza. There was a lady working in the bar area( her hair was pulled back on her head) and a couple young men doing the bowling. The rest of this team was sitting on counters, didn’t look up from phone when I ask a question. I’ve managed for years and when you have team players that don’t work when there is always something to be done they need to go. I see dirty vents on the cold drink cases. Tables could be wiped clean and others things to make this place great. Today is Sunday May 4,2024. I am not from this area maybe the manager or owner is ok with this. But I would want to know if this was my establishment.

I realized when leaving for the movie Wicked that I had reserved for the previous day. I was upset not knowing if they would still honor my reservation. When I got to the counter and shared my delimma, the gentleman at the counter asked for a manager. The team was super helpful and changed my reservation and was allowed to choose the same seats. It is so nice to have this wonderful and accommodating form of entertainment in our community.

Went with my twins to see Wild Robot. Found it to be a very pleasant experience. The entire facility was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. I loved the selfserve popcorn and drink bar. The seats were super comfortable and reclined with small tables that had drink holders. The area between rows were spacious and gave plenty of room to move around when needed . The prices were also reasonable and offered 3D versions of several movies. There is also a blowing ally and arcade full of games to keep the kiddos occupied while waiting for the show. All in all it was the best theater experience I've ever had.

This place was amazing and has a bowling alley/ arcade /movie theater ? and even servers beer if ur interested in having a drink ?
