The store location was completely understaffed only two people working one for the register and one for customer assistance, staff did her best to help multiple people and different areas. The one person, once was free to help additional customer's. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly, however I had to wait for at least a hour to receive customer service in the tropical fish department.

DONT ADOPTE HERE!!!! Adopted a cat a day before Halloween and had to put this baby kitten DOWN yesterday…had the kitten for ONE MONTH and it was positive for FIP. Which is highly highly contagious among other cats!!! Thankfully I don’t have any other animals, thank GOD!!! Stay away from this place. Can’t believe an establishment that sells pet items also has FIP positive kittens!!! Yall be careful

The manager was 10 minutes late opening the store. When I picked up my dog from being groomed he checked me out. To my astonishment he was dipping and spit into a cup or bottle. Totally unprofessional and disgusting to do at the register.

The worst pet store! It smelled awful, was so dirty looked like it had not been swept in some time. There were SO many dead fish in the tanks. Even bettas that are in their own cups, half of them were dead too! It was really sad in there.

Note Petco North Little Rock, I did not receive the product I ordered or a refund. I paid with PayPal and filed a complaint with them, but they told me to contact the store which I did, they denied knowing what happened to the order, but refused to refund my money. As you can see. There was 3 minutes between the time I ordered and canceled,
I canceled the order, but seller said they were not responsible if the order was picked up by the carrier. I ordered at 10:17 and canceled at 10:20. They charged my account and said they could not refund my 60.59. So no product, no money. Very rude and tried to blame it on whoever picked it up for delivery Filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office
