Peter D's is a great dive bar so to speak; and a great place in that we participated in a celebration of LIFE, and paid our respect for COWBOY.

EVERYONE WAS INVITED AND WERE ABLE TO BRING FOOD AND EXPRESS THEIR EXPERIENCES, THEIR RELATIONSHIP AND HEARTFELT MEMORIES OF COWBOY.

This place is legendary for how divey and ridiculous it can be. This is the only bar I’ve ever actually seen a fist fight break out in. I also saw a 75-year-old woman get blacked out here and fall asleep on the concrete outside. My brother’s girlfriend witnessed a man getting head in the women’s bathroom once as well.

All that said, it’s cheap, they’ve got pool, the bartenders are usually upbeat and funny, and the Monday karaoke night is a blast.

Peter D’s is a wildcard. It also smells like a urinal cake. Try it out if you’re bored and curious. If you can’t handle bizarreness and odd, persistent smells, best to steer clear.

Awesome little sizable dive bar, bar spanning 3 sides with a jukebox. Jack and Cokes were in a generous size and bartenders were very friendly. Was bingo night when I attended but sitting down and talking to my friend was just fine.

The beer is way overpriced acting as if it's some high end coastal bar which it's clearly not. it costs 9.50 for a simple draft beer of basic 805 that was somewhat warm with lots of foam. The worst part about the place is the ran down 10 year old antiquated karaoke system they are using some bootleg looking app like dex which no reputable karaoke bar would even consider using to run the karaoke that doesn't even have new songs it only has songs that are like way past there time. They don't have songs that came out within the past 5 years which is really odd the place doesn't know how to innovate and get with the times people want to hear and sing music that is current

In the mood for a dive bar? Come to the best one in San Diego! From ownership to management to entertainment hosts and of course the daily customers, everyone is friendly at this bar and will make you feel right at home! Karaoke, drink specials, pool tables they even have a bingo night for free!

We only had a bag of chips, but the service was the best. Had a mom and pop feel. The bartender was the best we've had in a looooong time. He comes equiped with the best jokes. We came into town for the weekend and so glad we stopped by this lil bar. The other patrons were extremely friendly. If you're in town make a point to stop by.
