Awesome theater. Reclining seats with plenty of leg room. They have a good snack bar. They also serve beer and wine. It's never crowded. Plenty of parking.

The staff is really nice and helpful. My cell phone fell out of my pocket one time and was left in my theater seat. I called the manager and she retrieved it for me.

Tuesday is a discount day I believe.

Great Theatre. The staff are nice and the theatres/seats are in great condition. Lines always move well and the prices are pretty reasonable. I must say, I did find it surprising that it would be so easy to sneak in and nab a free movie. On the one hand, I appreciate the openness and welcoming vibe. On the other hand, I wonder how many people out there are exploiting the theater's good nature.

DONT COME HERE! So I came to this movie theatre for the first time today, with my partner and parents to see the new Beetlejuice movie.. I’m a huge Harkins Theatre fan and always go there, but decided to try something new for a change. (Huge mistake) First impressions upon entering the building was that it was extremely dirty with food allll over the floors. I looked around for an usher to check our tickets and saw no one. Finally we decided to just walk to the food counter to show our tickets to someone (I got the tickets online) and to be directed to our theatre. All employees working there seemed to be high schoolers, aside from the manager who was extremely dry and showed no interest in us being there, with no greeting or smile. We were finally given our printed tickets, and headed to the theatre. At first glance in the slightly dimmed theatre, it appeared clean, until we went to sit in our seats and got a closer look. Our seats were literally covered in crumbs, arm rests had sticky soda and nacho cheese spots all over, and upon setting my drink in the cup holder, I felt something inside and went to took my drink out, revealing a cup holder full of liquid and more food crumbs.. disgusting. I sat in irritation for a few minutes before deciding to go speak to the manager. I am a pretty quiet person, and don’t typically ever initiate conversation regarding issues at restaurants etc… but this was just disgusting. I was so disappointed bc I spent $50 on these tickets for 4 of us, to receive awful service, and to sit in a nasty chair. Upon manager approaching me to ask what was wrong, I said there is food all over mine and my families chairs and she continued to grab a used/stained rag from the food counter, and began walking to the theatre I was in. She walked to the aisle I sat in and began “cleaning” my chair/arm rest. She barely wiped anything off, and began walking away when at this point I was pissed. I said “not really clean but okay..” as there was still cheese sauce all over the arm rest. She comes back over and smartly responds “okay so where else do you need me to clean”. She then scrubbed for another second and walked off. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a movies theatre, and I’ve always had good experiences everywhere I’ve gone. Lastly, the Exit sign shined a huge red light across the screen throughout the entire duration of the movie…. One of which I have seen multiple people leave reviews on for months and even years, that no one has yet to fix.. shows the lack of effort and poor management here. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Do not come and waste your time or money here..

Employees at the concession stand are always friendly and helpful, the popcorn is always fresh, and theaters are consistently clean and comfortable. So convenient to purchase tickets online ahead of time. Love the stadium seats, I really enjoy seeing movies here.

I'm hoping nobody really looks at this post because it's totally going to spoil it. To put it finally. They do not check your tickets ever and you can literally just walk into the movie theater with an arm full of snacks that you bought at a different establishment and take a seat and watch the movie. They even have doors open on the sides of the building at all times so you can literally just avoid the entrance and go into the theater rooms. I don't know what my conscience has to say about it but I have now on multiple occasions watched movies for free if you know what I mean. I am leaving the area for good probably so if they change their ways and start checking tickets. I'm sorry but let this be a rememberance that at one point in time they did not care and you could do whatever.

I just want to give a shout out to picture show as I come here often and enjoy watching movies and getting snacks to enjoy the movies. I have had nothing but great experiences with the customer service being friendly and courteous plus the theatre is clean for as busy as it gets at this theatre. Keep doing a great job

This was our first time at this theater and we were excited for reclining seats and to be able to have a beer while watching a movie but sadly our experience was subpar. The theater was very dirty. Sticky floors and popcorn all over our seats when we got there. Bathrooms were not clean either. I hope this was just an off day for them but it was not a good first impression.
