"AWESOME"!!!!,... We were informed of Pirates Den/Black Pearl by a stranger while visiting family in Parker!
"This place was GREAT"!!! Nickie was spectacular!
The Hostess, (Lisa Lynne) VERY Hospitable!
Food was Delicious! Price was Fare!! Atmosphere was Great!
DEFINITELY BE BACK!! ...... Thank You!!

On the Colorado River, a fun place. Good food, good service. Very interesting, has a boat launch, inside and outside seating, we'll worth a visit.

The power at this resort is awful. We had no power for two nights. Three other friends that traveled with us didn't have power at their sites either. The temperature was 122° Trisha. The sales manager could care less. She basically told me too bad. There's no signs posted anywhere stating that they're having power issues. so if you stay here, you will risk losing a refrigerator or RV AC unit The campground is definitely rundown and overpriced. They charge you $40 for some electricity and then don't provide it. They were a little gnats and bugs everywhere this year. Extreme caution, especially if you have pets.

We love walking over when the outside bar is open! Great bartenders, great drinks and the deep fried green beans are awesome!
The service isn’t great inside. Once your food is served you are forgotten about. The drinks come in tiny glasses and are overpriced.
Leaving a review for those that are disappointed with the inside bar/restaurant. You’ve got to experience the outside bar and staff. We will be back anytime the outdoor bar is open! Kudos to all of the outside staff members!!

Customer service here from the manager Christy was absolutely amazing. She really took care of my friends and I who had an issue with our order. She was so kind and I know Pirates Den usually is better than that experience. Christy went above and beyond for us. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service. Will always support Pirates Den! And there absolutely die for fish tacos!!!

I just got back from pirates den yesterday after spending the July 4th weekend from Wednesday to Sunday. We arrived on Wed and hooked up to electricity and water, sewer and went down to see other friends in our group. When.my husband went back to our RV he said that our interior lights would not go on at all the battery was low but it is funny when we pulled out of our driveway we had full battery power and never ever had issues with anything. So, when all the group finally got to pirates den and settled in we decided to go to the outdoor bar all 10 of us and we walked in the pathway to the entrance of the restaurant and I waitress who was caring a tray and out with we are closed and have a good night ride as ever so, we said but we're hungry and want to grab something and again said we are closed and walked away
We were floored with how she presented it to.us.so all 10 were in shock and walked away..We then had to scramble to get food for us so, we all.went to our RV and grabbed different things for all 10 of us to eat. Then we were eating a one of the parties AC went out because of electric issues and slept with no AC which they had a younger daughter,bird, dog. Which they moved them all tomorrow other friends bus. Then on Friday we started to have electricity issues where I went to check on our dog and noticed the fuse box the park was off so, I flipped that back onto get AC back into the RV. Then on Saturday another couple with their bus was having electric issues and they had to run their generator all night long luckily we had an converted box and we have to them meanwhile I and the couple husband had to drive to lake Havasu to pickup a portable AC unit for their RV. This was a.horrible time for all of us. I called this AM and spoke to the park manager explained what happened all weekend long with all of us and the only thing she said Trish was we were completely sold out and with all the unitsit was kt able to handle it. I advised her Trish that no you were not sold out as space 50 was empty and other spaces were not occupied Trish I can tell was getting.mad in her tone of voice and said again there is nothing I can do for you for compansion. I said ok and said I will.not be back and thank you and disconnected the call. I then phoned the other person and told her what Trish said to me and she said she was going to call and when she did they wouldn't even transfer her call to Trish. Worst customer service ever
Never will go back again. I advise to everyone don't stay here at all poor customer service.

Very good experience every time we have gone,beer is always cold, excellent shrimp cocktails and calamari, burgers are great also, a must if you are in Parker Az...enjoy!
