While many will state that the city hall sucks, the city hall does not do their job, etc etc. Most do not think past their electric bills which is not all in the control of the city hall. While the city has been trying for years to improve the electric situation for many years behind the scene. I have utmost respect for many of the City Hall employees, they are always willing to help when they can, answer questions to the best of their ability, and try to get answers to help the citizens and business of Prescott. Many of their departments have speedy and on top of their services for the community.

This light company is a joke they are to over priced! They do not help you with anything and the wait time is forever if possible do not use them!
