We are so happy with our photos from Shannon at Preserve Studio. First, she did a boudoir shoot for me which turned out better than expected and got us comfortable working together. Then our wedding photos turned out amazing! She was able to take our vision and bring it to life with her photography and florals with her sister company RoseMarry & Vine. Our elopement photos were nothing short of STUNNING; I can't stop gushing about them even though it's been 6 months since our special day! Shannon is not only a skilled photographer but also a genuinely amazing person who actually takes the time to learn about you&yours, your vision, and thought process. She knows her craft inside and out, and what sets her apart is her ability to make her clients feel like the most comfortable, loved, and beautiful versions of themselves. As someone who tends to struggle with their appearance, I was over the moon and felt completely at ease and gorgeous the entire day. Even when my feet were killing me, Shannon ACTUALLY paid attention to my needs and even posed us in different ways to give me relief. Not every person pays attention to those things. Shannon and her photo/video team are outstanding. From 4-wheel driving up a mountain to get the perfect engagement photos to boudoir and intricate details on our wedding day. This woman and her team can do it all! She ran with every one of my ideas even when they were out there. She is an absolute blessing and an amazing person. I was honored to have her be a part of my day that I dreamed of since I was a child. I will be using her and her team for every milestone in my life. We hired Shannon and her team for photo, video, and floral for our engagement photos and wedding back in 2019. We loved her work and most of all, we loved that she was also our unofficial wedding advisor. With all of the things to think about and consider in wedding planning, Shannon was there to help sort it out. She did more than just show up to take the photos and send them to us, she was part of the process.

We hired Shannon again to do an in home newborn lifestyle session and again, she came through with more than just showing up to take photos. Being a new mom is mental overload and even small decisions pile up and can feel like such a big thing. When we first reached out to inquire about booking Preserve Studio for our wedding, I had a few goals in mind. 1) I wanted our photos to be unique and fun. 2) Ours was going to be a small wedding with just our immediate families, so we wanted to make sure that we captured all the special moments with them. And 3) We wanted to feel really comfortable with the vendors who would be onsite since the family vibe for the wedding was super important to us. Shannon and Preserve went so far beyond all those needs and we couldn’t be happier.

The biggest challenge for us was that we were based out of Los Angeles, and Shannon was based closer to our wedding Venue up north, however Shannon was so flexible and we were able to work everything out so that she could shoot our engagement in LA and the wedding up north. She made it so easy to plan!

And the photos – these are memories that I am planning on sharing with EVERYONE. Yes, I am gonna be that obnoxious person that shares all their wedding photos with anyone who casually glances at me… They were beautiful and so fun and unique. For reals – Shannon is the best. THE. BEST.
